One of the supercheap representatives was very helpful in finding what i need and did not leave me till the issue was resolved. Also at the counter the gentleman was very friendly especially when i signed up for a super cheap card.

Great store with great service. The parking is super close to the store however, it does fill up quickly on a busy weekend.

I had an issue with finding the correct wiper blades after using the super cheap auto online tool to see which ones fit my car. The original purchase of Bosch wiper blades came in a twin pack without any fittings to attach to, even though on the packet it said fitted my car.

Whilst I had to take off my old wiper blades to find the right ones in store, Simi showed great initiative with helping find the right wiper blades and the front counter was easy to deal with when I had to return the wiper blades that couldn’t fit.

Simi even came out to my car to help remove part of the old fitting which was stuck on the wiper arm, preventing the new one from sliding on.

Originally I was upset from having to come back to the store twice, but Simi’s help at the end made up for it.

Te staff are friendly helpful and knowledgeable, it makes a big difference when there car enthusiasts. All in all I've always had a great experience when going there.

The new staff are lazy hard to find help and when you do it's seems an effort. The old staff knew about cars and where enthusiasts, the new staff definitely are and even had a customer ask me a car question which I didn't mind doing.

I was looking for a replacement car battery and was recommended by a mechanic to go to supacheap Auto. The online page was helpful and asked for car rego to assist with matching up parts to suit car model. I went to the Alexandria store and was helped by Nicole who with her wealth of knowledge, experience and superior customer service made the car battery purchase easier. Great deals and savings. A Happy customer right here!

Going there for 5 years, staff always helpful, wide range of products, easy to get around, I love the credits I earn from time to time, so I go to buy some more. Happy days.

Plenty of random good items got a Stanley massive multiple box the um clip and open built onto a trolley hold nearly all my tools in I and fits in the cubord love it and the top box can be used as a brief case awesome for $150!!!!!

Woman at counter was conscientious immediately after serving customer for paint, and custom paint, then myself for the same++, the paint guy the same, and he was getting smashed at 5pm and had already asked to leave at 5pm, although he normally stays till six. With a queue of 5 he cancelled his personal appointment, advised his supervisor, who requested he stay on, and he did so with a champion attitude. Other counter guy was good humored and helpful. Super cheap? Super helpful and friendly more like it. Thanks guys!

The guy who served me was total Gold.
He knew his stuff but was able to make you feel comfortable and respected. I can’t praise him enough ( it’s all in the demeanour) people will override price with feeling welcome and respected by a polite knowledge source.
I shop where I feel comfortable and he left a lasting impression. Thanks heaps for the experience Supercheap Alexandria.

Was really happy with the advice and assistance from the guy (american accent) serving behind the counter, on replacing wiperblades. He was able to select and install them for me as soon as he had a replacement on the counter. So easy, friendly, and excellent service. Very happy.

Really great service here! Came here an hour before close on a Thursday so there wasn’t too many staff on site but walked to the lady at the back and she was really helpful in finding me some speakers! Told me we price matched if I found them cheaper which I thought was really thoughtful of her. Guy at the front price matched me no issues, absolutely killing it with the service. Thanks a bunch guys.
