Loea Hotel

We had an absolutely wonderful & relaxing time at Loea boutique hotel. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing & clean and tidy.

The outdoor pool area was well presented and maintained, the pool was a beautiful temperature and very relaxing.

It’s in a nice, quite part of the sunnie coast with only being a short drive from sunshine plaza shopping centre, the wharf and Mooloolaba esplanade.

Can not fault customer service, staff were very friendly and welcoming and more then happy to help and answer any questions you may have.

This place will not disappoint, we will definitely be coming back :)

Mini bar was stocked well.
Cocktails by the pool were great.
Quick walk to the markets on Fisherman Street.
I would definitely recommend and come back to stay.

Wonderful stay at Loea Maroochydore. Peaceful location, friendly staff. The room was lovely with quality decor, neat and clean. The bathroom had a luxurious shower. The beds had high quality mattresses, super comfortable and slept well. Enjoyed a yummy coffee from the food van in the cute, quiet garden area.
Definitely recommend and hope to return in future.

Absolutely loved our stay at Loea and didn't realise I hadn't left a review until checking in to see when I might be able to return for another stay.
Was just a quick getaway from Brisbane, but despite our short stay, we really loved the beautiful, clean room and lovely pool. We also took the bicycles to ride out for dinner and enjoyed the river location.

Wonderful, simply wonderful.

Great facilities both in room and on premises.
Rhonda was exceptional host.

I stayed here for 1 night and only booked about and hour before arriving but this was not a problem for Becky who was filling in for managers while they were away. The whole place was spotless and the refurbished was great and very modern. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Loved the caravan there for morning coffee and night time cocktails and the outdoor entertaining area was lovely. Special mention to Becky who was run off her feet cleaning and doing drinks and keeping me company. What great hospitality. I will be back 👌

Absolutely love Loea! Initially we only booked for one night when a family member was in hospital. That turned into two nights, then three nights. The manager Rhonda was absolutely lovely to deal with despite our tricky circumstances, always helpful, kind and easy to talk to. Then the rooms...oh how divine! The coastal vibe upon entering instantly helped us relax. The mattress was super comfortable with quality bedding (I had better sleep here than at home!). The toiletries in the bathroom was luxurious and supported local and the rain showerhead was divine. The rooms were spotless which was great for a germaphobe like me. I really didn't want to leave! We didn't have time to use the pool or outdoor area but it looked like a great place to relax.

We had a lovely time. Owners were very helpful and accommodating.
The room has Netflix, aircon, stocked mini bar fridge, kettle and amazingly hot water with a big shower head.
It was comfortable and a close walk to the water.
Thank you for a much needed getaway.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful hotel as a way of inspiration for an apartment that we are furnishing. It was so lovely and stylish! The service was also amazing, we borrowed some of the bikes and went for a bike ride, about 20 mins ride away my wife got a flat tyre, she called the manager who then came to our rescue and drove to us with another bike and took the flat one. We were so grateful to be able to continue our journey on the bikes! We will definitely be back!

Modern, comfortable and effortlessly cool..

Wish I had stayed more than 1 night here. The rooms are well appointed with well thought out decor and super comfortable bed.

The highlight is the pool area. A great place to relax, the pool is beautiful and refreshing, a funky coffee van parked next to it which has a range of hot drinks, juices etc to enjoy while you soak up a bit of sun.

The whole place just oozes 60's Californian style with modern twists just where they are needed.

Would definitely stay again.

The place is very neat, super clean and well appointed. Furniture, appliances and fittings were new, modern and high quality. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was bright and the little cocktail bar serves cool drinks in the afternoons and coffee in the mornings. Were made use of the free bicycles to ride up and down the riverfront. I can highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay over the Christmas Holiday at Loea Hotel. Chris and Wendy were excellent hosts and were very welcoming. Our room was clean and well taken care of. The boutique furnishings were beautiful, especially the pool area and the fun converted van/bar area. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel. Rooms were nicely decorated. Very comfortable stay. Great block out curtains and noise was minimal, which was great for a good nights sleep. Staff interaction was minimal but friendly, none the less. We would happily stay here again.

My sister and I stayed overnight at the Loea Hotel. The location was good; off the main road and near the river. It's beautifully renovated and very trendy. Like some other reviews have mentioned, the beds are super comfortable - they made it hard to leave the room, but because it was raining we didn't really have to! The staff were very friendly too and they really put thought into the small things like fresh milk, cold tap water in the fridge and good security. Although the stay was short, it was very enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely will recommend!

I don't even have the words to describe how amazing and tranquil this hotel - The photos do not do it justice!! Booked a one night stay for a relaxing girls weekend and relaxing was exactly what it was. We can't wait to go back!!

The service, the atmosphere, the rooms and the location, everything was just perfect :)

What an absolute gem of a find! The perfect spot to revive, explore and relax. The rooms are gorgeously styled and comfortable. The pool and garden area were such a treat, as well as the drinks truck. We took the bikes for a spin all the way to Alexandra Headland and enjoyed dinner in town. Wendy, Andrew and Ruben were so welcoming! We will definitely be back and have already started to recruit our friends to book the whole thing! Thanks so much.

I stayed here with my husband for a one night getaway.. wish we could've stayed longer! It's such a beautiful, boutique hotel. Best thing is the simple, adorable rooms which makes you feel so relaxed. It's also away from business and high-rises. Have to mention the amazing mineral pool and lovely seating area too!

Such a beautiful place to stay! Very simple but beautifully designed and the little details are very thought out. Perfect if you just need a nice comfy hotel room that exceeds your typical looking motel style. Feels very elegant and fresh here, definitely recommend great value for money

Loved our stay here - it was shocking weather so didn't get to use the facilities but the room was lovely. My only feedback (and not bad) is the wine in the mini bar, people who are happy to spend $350 - $450 a night on a stay I think would appreciate/prefer something a little more premium than Fifth Leg or a $11 bottle. I thought the $20 price was very fair but would gladly pay more for something a little nicer. Loved it was an Aussie Wine but I had one glass and couldn't drink anymore.

But other than that the place is perfect! We will definitely be back and will be telling everyone to visit...

If you would love an amazing young winery to stock I would highly look into the Vinden Headcase by Abgus Vinden would suit LOEA perfectly.
