spoke to a very lovely receptionist this morning. we had a very small window to perform a scan as we were cancelled on from another provider today which left us scrambling. the receptionist kindly shuffled existing appointments to accommodate us. coincidentally at the same time my wife was able to book an earlier time slot with a different provider however i appreciate this staff member going above and beyond for us. thank you so much for your time and effort!

Mascot Medical Imaging are truly amazing, I was treated by the wonderful doctor Dr Kaushik who administered injections into my shoulder. His knowledge about my condition was spot on. I had been treated by Spectrum Imaging for the same issue 4 weeks prior and their treatment/injection was administered incorrectly. Dr Kaushik's knowledge about my condition was spot on.

I have been here twice in the last 12 months for ultra sounds and injections in my shoulder and today my elbow. Doctor Kaushik is great at what he does, with a very calming manner. The procedure was painless and the outcome on the shoulder was great from 12 months ago . Highly recommend.

Excellent Service. Had my first biopsy today, I was very nervous but the team here made me feel so calm and relaxed. Staff were extremely professional friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment for an injection into my lower back. The whole process was professionally done with the utmost of care. Dr Kaushik was great. He explained the whole process from start to finish and made me feel comfortable at all times. His assistants were great and took good care of me. The location is clean and spacious and not cramped. All who work there are awesome and take great pride in their work. Thank you to all involved, especially Dr. Kaushik.

Amazing and efficient service. Booked in for an ultrasound on a painful surgery scar and, despite me being late to the appointment, the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I was also given additional insight into the findings by my ultrasound being performed by the doctor.

Friendly staff and top level facilities. Had a short notice CT scan and lower back ct guided cortisone injection. Extremely happy with the results, very communicative staff and short wait times. This will be my go to for anything imaging related and will recommend to friends. I have a few injuries from competitive sports and will definitely be back.

Pretty busy but I was happy cos I could book an appointment on the same day.

Helped me out with the wrong referral letter from my GP. They had found the error and waited for me until I got the revised one through fax from the GP even it was just before they closed. Easy to park on the street nearby.

Whilst giving me an ultrasound guided Cortisone injection for my bursitis the radiologist also found tendonitis that my original ultrasound (at a different clinic) missed. Also the two radiologists I dealt with were very professional but also funny and a pleasure to have the procedure done by.

Have been to Mascot Imaging on numerous occasions. Staff are friendly, and prompt. Parking is never a problem, there's always somewhere to park. I highly recommend, next time you're in need of any scan, give them a go, you won't regret it.🤗

I had been here previously for my ultra sound on my feet and found the whole experience very friendly. I then needed a followup for injections in my feet, can't say I was looking forward to this, however the doctor who completed the procedure was very friendly and explained exactly what was going to happen and knew exactly what to do to make the experience as easy (and painless) as possible. I highly recommend this practice and I will certainly put this place to the top of my list if I need their services again.

I recently visited for an x-ray, this place bulk bills, staff are professional and attentive, phone manner is courteous and helpful. Thank you for answering my questions and making it an overall pleasant experience.

I called to see they had room to fit me in for an x-ray for that day and they actually fitted me in within the hour. Their service was prompt and excellent and it seems to me that everything in their practice is very new and state of the art. I can definitely recommend my first experience there and next time I need imaging or scans, I will certainly be heading back.

Wonderful service from the team - I had to make an urgent ultrasound appointment on the day and they were fully booked however squeezed me in probably in their lunch break. Thank you Annie!

The service was excellent, first of all I could not get an appointment for my 6yr old daughter. They gave me an appointment earlier than other places.
When we got there, the took in my daughter immediately and made her experience a fun one.
I would highly recommend them
