We stayed for 7 nights,
We asked fore early check in on Christmas Day and we got it.
We asked for views at time of booking and booked it early and got Views.
The parking was fantastic.
We had a two bedroom apartment, the lay out of the room was great, open kitchen and dining.
The TV service was a bit dated, not that we watched it anyway.
The air conditioning in the kids room was trying to work but the fan didn’t blow.
You do need to ask for clean towels and toilet paper as the room isn’t serviced unless you stay for 8 days. You can wash your own sheets and towels as there is a washing machine and drier.
Still great, Great location everything food and shops is right below you and best views for fireworks for New Year’s Eve.

We booked 3 nights family appartment. We arrived bit early. But rude reception girl said, our check in time is 2pm. We can,t give room before that. We were all family , sitting on the uncomfortable chairs ( not expected in Manthra ) for hours. When it is 2.01pm , they gave us the room. My back paining after sitting on that chair for long time.

We felt they are so rude with their action.

I asked for a small bed sheet to put over ironing board to iron the clothes, reception afternoon man said, you have to book online for the sheet, you will get it tomorrow morning when house keeping comes. Strange.

We stayed in Manthra French Quarter Noosa, how lovely the people, so nice,5 star rating.
Noosa, Manthra French Quarter on Hasting street, f.o.manager to all f.o. staff , so lovely. Excellent. Well professional and very friendly. Very helpful too.

What an awesome stay, we booked a 2 bedroom executive apartment, we arrived and we got upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment, room 504 on level 5, the room was very spacious and had a awesome view of the beach, the beds were comfy and the sheets were very clean. The pool was a very nice temperature for winter, and the gym had quite a bit for the small space it is in.

Great location. Comfortable rooms. An amazing visit.

Staff were very helpful - our room wasn't as expected and they did their best to make it right. We really appreciated their approach. Note there's no daily maid service.

Rooms are great - four stars were because, while it was clean, it could have been cleaner. My wife cleaned the room when we arrived and found some dirty areas.

Have never stayed at this resort, but have eaten at Cafe's there. The Italian Gelato place is wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend all of the places there. 👍🌞

A two bed apartment on front corner 4th floor Great room tons of space two bathrooms 3 balconies front with beautiful views over the beach and esplanade. Shopping and restaurants directly under apartment. Quick walk to surf club and wharf area. Fabulous pool and spa north side. No need for a car but secure carpark if needed friendly staff, this apartment was managed by owner so no need to deal With reception although they were helpful.

A stunning hotel with fantastic facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and upgraded us to the penthouse as it was for a 30th birthday. The room was very clean and had everything we could need, comfortable bedding, high quality appliances, high standard of finishes and more! The rooftop terrace with a hot tub overlooking the ocean was an incredible surprise! We have already recommended other friends who will be booking shortly and would come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a spa in the the room and on the rooftop. Really spacious and comfortable place to stay. Walking distance to pretty much everything, including cafes, restaurants, and a Coles within 5 mins. Wife had a pedicure straight downstairs. Overall a great family holiday!

Great apartment hotel in prime location with magnificent ocean view
- Spacious bedrooms with good bedding
- Nice bathrooms (1 with spa)
- Good sized pool
- Well maintained & equipped gym (there's no water in the gym which was a real surprise)
- Just like most hotels/apartments in the area, there's no complimentary WiFi (even for Gold ALL members if not booked directly with them - so we're told)
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Functional laundry

Uninterrupted views of the ocean , no need to drive anywhere, you have it all within 50 metres. Worth the extra to stay here

A absolutely beautiful hotel, extremely well appointed and has everything you would need. The location is in a prime spot right on the esplanade. The staff at the Sirocco are all extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Even dispute recent times the hotel made the stay as normal as possible, and it was extremely clean.

The only thing is at our age we found the toilet not being segregated from the bedroom a bit disconcerting

Really great place to stay, Graham on reception was awesome. The room was kitted our well, full kitchen equipment with even containers which is helpful for day trips. Pool really good. Beds really comfortable! All in all a great place to stay and highly recommend. Give them a call if you want to stay as you might get a better deal or extras etc. sign up for the mantra club as well for free wifi. We will be definitely coming back!

Beautiful location! We stayed top floor that had a spiral staircase to a private upstairs bbq area, which was much larger than we expected! It had a big Weber Bbq (bigger than the Family Q) which meant that we cooked and ate all of our meals upstairs. The view was outstanding and the local restaurants and cafes were beautiful. The few surf shops downstairs offered nicer styles than the regular surf shops at large shopping centres do. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and I'll be taking my family back to this same apartment.

A great place to stay - very impressed with the quality of the holiday apartment. It was spacious and tidy, and very well appointed. Sure, there are newer buildings but this one was nicely updated. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing Place!! Staff Are Very nice rooms are well organized and ocean view is just outstanding. Lovely place best place for holidays.The pool and spa is fantastic and the location is perfect. Across the road from the beach, and restaurants.The staff were friendly and helpful and made a fantastic holiday for my family.

Well appointed apartments. Clean and fresh. Central location. Excellent pool. The best icecream shop around at the bottom! We come back year after year.

Very enjoyable stay at the Sirocco. The apartment we had was perfect, very roomy and airy, would definitely recommend this Hotel. Namani and all the staff were extremely helpful, can't wait to go back

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge, dining, kitchen. Also washer and dryer and drying rack. Entrance and car parking is by way of First Ave. Plenty of eateries in the area. Free WiFi available in the lobby. Really nice place to chill.

We travelled interstate from Sydney and Imogen from Sirocco Plaza provided exceptional service and was extremely helpful with local tourist knowledge. She pointed out a few local hot spots and the best places to grab a bite to eat. Beautifully decorated for Christmas also. Thank you Imogen! We will be back ☺
