Good quality I admit it. At first I buy from Burwood I thought it was discounted but not. Even the lady didn’t told me that is brand new and no discount. They put it with next 30% off and I grab it. Second time I go in again I wanna get sheet only the lady gave me whole set😓I didn’t check it probably because Carry one baby with me, luckily I got 20% off

Went into store to pay for a set of bath and hand towels after being assisted by a young lady which helped us make our final decision to purchase them. At checkout, my mother and I had a gift card (material was cardboard) which we wanted to use for our purchase.
An older staff lady named Sharon tried to “help” in registering card herself. She swipe it multiple times and as she did it, she handled the card very roughly, tugging the card to the point that after a few hard swipes, she creased our giftcard of $100.

She than informed “no, sorry. we cannot register the card”, went silent then left it for the young new assistant to handle it which had no clue on what to say whilst Sharon pretended to not be involved anymore and looked away.

My frustration is not that the card didn’t register. It was about the way Sharon had handled the card that is not her own. She did not apologise for clearly abusing our card and creasing it.

Sharons act of service was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. The act almost felt intentional, it felt like knew she did wrong and took no accountability for her actions.

We went across into another store and gift card worked perfectly after 1 gentle swipe. Yes, gentle. Caring for customers. Thats what customer service is about.

I am a local customer who comes now and again to the store and I do notice she her rude attitude at times. This is by far, the worst customer service ever received from this store.

Omg the old lady needs to go. I didn’t get her name but my kids were putting on a tantrum in store which I wasn’t able to control and her facial expressions were extremely rude and disrespectful, while looking at other staff and sharing her opinion of the situation. I hope you’re put in the same situation one day and see exactly how it feels.

Went in to return /exchange something because I didn't receive my "on sale" discount. I also intended to buy more sheets. The older lady (didn't get her name) literally looked down her nose at us and stared from behind the register. I was trying to ask a question and had to ask "can you please come here?" She grabbed a set of sheets and took it over without asking if I was happy with that product or if I wanted anything else, etc. I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Really disappointed. I took my exchange and went to another store for my kids sheets. Disappointed because I like BB&T products.

I went there on the 2nd of April this year. I found that the older lady, who was referred to as the manager was an absolute witch. I went as I had no other choice and she refused to assist me at all, with any of my endeavours. I frequently shop at Bed, Bath n' Table and this store is not a reflection of the brand, but rather of the lady herself. Please, if you want to shop here, call beforehand and make sure that the manager isn't present, otherwise it will most likely go poorly. The employees were fantastic, the manager was not.

Manager was extremely rude and did not want to assist me in any way shape or form. She did not want to provide me with the head office number and advised staff not to provide her name to myself. Very disappointed in this behavior as I personally shop at Bed Bath N' Table often.
