Our car broke down near the airport and these guys did a great job at getting us safely back on the road, very helpful and efficient! Highly recommend.

Nut came loose on sway bar link and needed wheel balance, called ultra tune and they booked us in and finished within a couple hours even though they were booked out for a week. Extremely impressed with customer service and their knowledgeable expertise. Highly recommend their service, super helpful and at a low cost. 🙂

Margaret and the team went above and beyond when we found ourselves stuck 700km from home
on a Public Holiday.

Went there with a steering issue, corrected our tires’ pressure and did some test drives to tell us what could have gone wrong, and waved us goodbye free of charge. They were upfront with the repair pricing and kind when explaining everything.

Highly recommend this place. Later Friday afternoon, had a problem with my car at the servo across from them. The service here was amazing. Helped push my car over to them.
Then offered me a loan car if I had anything to do. Fixed my car and helped push it back to the petrol station to fill up. Very friendly people lovely family owned business.
We have since then gone back to use them again. Had our brakes done with them. Cheaper than anywhere else, but beside that, they make you feel welcome and are very friendly.

Arrived back to BNE today from the US, hopped in the car, start driving off, only to hear what sounds like a rock in the tyre….it wasn’t, it was a bolt…a well and truly embedded bolt at that. We’re 40 km from home, but the tyre is still inflated, so we look up tyre repair options nearby, and Ultra Tune at the airport pops up. We explain the problem, and they say bring it round. When we get there (1.8 km), they’ve got all their workshop bays occupied by vehicles, and there are no spare parking bays either…in other words, their pretty busy. But they took our car and tended to it within 30 minutes. How awesome is that! We’re very appreciative of that kind of service, particularly after just flying a total of 21 hrs to get home. With that kind of service, why wouldn’t I recommend them…well done Ultra Tune. Highly recommended.

Always so friendly & helpful. Never a problem for them to drop me at work and then come and pick me up in the afternoon... even let me bring my dog in their car so I didn't have to come back to work and get him. They are amazing. Fantastic services and great work.

Very friendly staff and owners.

We have two cars that have gone through excellent service and repairs. All done in a reasonable time and fees that didn't cost an arm and leg.

Highly recommend them and would not hesitate to come back.

Came in 20 minutes before closing on a very busy Monday. One of my rims had split and the team here didn't hesitate to look at it and see what they could do to rectify my issue. They then replaced my wheel at no cost just so I could get back home.

Couldn't recommend a more genuine group to look after you and your car.
