Food was amazing and very aromatic and the service was amazing and fast there was nice indian music playing and the atmosphere was very good.

I come to Bathurst for 5 days . I tried 2 Indian restaurants here but today I ordered dal makhni and roti . It was really very tasty and delicious .Service was fast as rocket .I also ordered gulabjamun as desert they were very tasty but please make them bit large in size😀 because gulabjamun are very tasty we need more and more taste Thanks

While i had probably worst stay experience at Mantra Bathurst, Saffron made our trip very good.
1. Great service and staff.
2. Cooked best food out of limited resources( whole Bathurst was out of gas, all restaurants were closed, but these guys had a plan to serve! And quality was very good) .

We usually eat at the other Indian place in town and tried Saffron recently. The food was fantastic, service was pretty quick, and the menu was varied. They have good covid arrangements in place. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be making the swap to Saffron from now on! So flavourful!

Really enjoyed dinner at this restaurant on a recent visit to Bathurst. Fresh, tasty food and prompt, pleasant service. We had the butter chicken, eggplant masala and malai kofta, all delicious, with naan, rice and kachumber for some raw-veggie freshness. I’m a bit fussy about my Indian food, having lived in India and cooking a fair amount of it myself, and this meal hit the spot. We’ll definitely be back.

Best Indian food I've ever had, I've had Indian in Sydney, Melbourne, Qld etc and this is the best; I won't bother eating or even trying anything else. The Goan Fish Curry is incredible!!!

The best Indian in town. It's exclusively the only Indian restaurant I order takeaway and eat at. The Eggplant is amazing and I don't know anyone that does a chilli cheese garlic naan elsewhere.

My Family and I have been coming to this Indian restaurant for years now and always enjoy ourselves. The food is delicious and filling and the Kashmiri Pulao rice is perhaps the yummiest rice dish I’ve ever had.

It’s BYO alcohol, but with a Liquid Land just down the road in the Bathurst Chase it’s a conscientious location for your choice of refreshments.

There is something about the simple and gentle decor that sets the mood for a lovely evening with family and friends to bond over exotic dishes that really brings the love out of the cuisine. Spreading the night out with an entree first - all of which are quinine delights in themselves, Saffron Cutlets are my favourite - and then the mains with a serve of Naan, is the best way to experience this cuisine.

Highly recommend Saffron Indian Cuisine, for anyone seeking a relaxing and satisfying evening.

Service with a smile and quite tasty. 20 of us visited for a lunch on our pit stop, despite going just before kitchen closing time, they did an amazing job without any fuss.

Nice midpriced Indian restaurant. Enjoyed a $16.50 lunch special with very tasty Eggplant curry, rice and some Nan bread. Will definetly be back.
