Belles Hot Chicken Circular Quay

The food was undoubtedly good but the service was outstanding. The staff were super friendly, attentive and humorous. The chicken was well flavored and served in big portions. Love the interior decorations, an absolute vibe. Reasonable prices as well. My American friend approved lol. Definitely will comeback.

The big wing was super tasty and the portion is generous. The restaurant provides a nice vibe and service was great as well. We ordered the two pounds of big wings and it was seriously a lot. It’s a great place to try if you crave some hot wings! They even provide wet tissue on the table, so thoughtful. The buffalo sauce was not really spicy, I am looking forward to try other flavours!

Service has improved since my last visit food is pretty good would be back

Would of been 5 stars but the service was a let down the first time we went unfortunately. Felt like the staff were actively avoiding us every time we tried to get there attention or call them over. When we were getting served the service was pretty decent. There was on employee that I thought was a bit rude (maybe caught him on a bad day)

The food was great. Good quality greasey fried chicken just the way you'd like it. If you like spicy I suggest going for a spice level above traveler as I didn't feel any spice at that lever. Overall great quality decent prices would pop by for the occasional lunch or dinner here on a work day. Just hope service improves

Belle’s serves up awesome Nashville style hot chicken in Sydney City in a restaurant with a nostalgic atmosphere of a retro American diner. Wonderful customer service from Riki who was very friendly, helpful and very thoughtfully provided me a seat with a view of the harbour bridge. The chips were extra crunchy and the chicken was crispy on the outside, soft & tender on the inside and the spice level was fantastic 😀

AMAZING CHICKEN IN LANDMARK LOCATION!
Located inside the recently named World Building of the Year - Quay Quarter Towers - this restaurant was new to me, however, I later learned there are other locations all loved by those with whom I spoke. It had all the hallmarks of a classic American diner, albeit with music DJ'd in from Paris!
I ordered the Big Wings with Traveller spice - a nice tingle without killing my taste buds - and crinkle fries, which were delicious.
From my table I had a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the service was fun. The serving of four, juicy wings was enough to take half home to enjoy later (BTW the chips were almost as good cold, a real rarity!)
I highly recommend this restaurant and already have other menu choices marked down for my next visit.

The food was so fresh, crispy and perfect. Had the wings with ranch and Bellebasco sauce. Jay and Annalise were so attentive, helpful and kind. Big fan, will be returning.

Belles’ new venue is fantastic. Staff are lovely and quick to attend and serve you. Great vibe on the Friday. Great new work lunch spot.

Chicken tenders served with the hot heat was great, seasoned nicely! The crinkle cut chips as well are nicely seasoned with the signature flavour. Will be a new frequent place for a well deserved treat! Plus the house made lemonade is absolutely refreshing!

Wow, this venue is a vibe, really cool old American diner feels. It was my first time at belles and from beginning to end I felt looked after by the staff but Jay the manager went above and beyond to make sure I got something I would enjoy. I recommend their house coolers spiked with alcohol and the spicy chicken sandwich. I sat on the terrace which overlooks Sydney harbour bridge and ended up inviting my friends to join me for $5 happy hour schooners which pair perfectly with that spicy chicken. Once again I want to thank Jay and the team for really giving us an experience that which is hard to find in hospitality these days! Keep it up belles I’m

Had their $30 all you can eat big wings. Great experience and place to hang out with friends. Good service, entertaining personalities. Good atmosphere with neon signs and good location. A little slow on the wings coming out but that meant that they came out piping hot and fresh.

Was a quiet Tuesday evening but Jay and the cook absolutely nailed the great belles experience - amazing fried chicken, good service constantly checking in with us (not over the top) and was super engaged when conversing.

Keen to come back next time we’re around

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant for lunch today and it was a wonderful experience. For my meal, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and potato mash with gravy, accompanied by a Pepsi Max. I must say that everything was cooked to perfection and served at the correct temperature. Despite the restaurant being busy, I was able to secure a table quickly thanks to the efficient service of the head waiter, Jeremy.

I was also impressed by the exceptional service provided by my waitress, Hilary. She was very accommodating when I suddenly changed my order from fries to potato mash, and without any hesitation, made the switch for me. Her pleasant demeanor and willingness to help made my dining experience even more enjoyable.

The restaurant's ambiance was delightful, with great music playing in the background with Latin vibes. To my surprise, they had a bottle of Fernet Branca, a popular Argentinean drink, which mixed with Coca-Cola, is simply delicious. It's rare to find this drink in bars in Australia, so I was thrilled to see it on the menu.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. The head waiter, Jeremy, and my waitress, Hilary, both contributed to making my experience enjoyable, and I'm sure they'll do the same for anyone who visits.
I would love to come back to this restaurant and try some of their other dishes - if they are anything like the spicy chicken sandwich I had today, they must be fantastic.

We were visiting from the U.S. and I love hot chicken so we had to try Belles. The big wings were excellent and equivalent to my favorites in Nashville, Tennessee. The beer was perfect after a hot day and the service top notch. Our server was friendly and wonderful. We might be back here for a second time before our trip is over.

The Happt Hour, music and FOOD here is 10/10. And the staff even better, I come early in the week and Jay has been a great host and treats me like a regular. Food 10/10 the spices on the wings are great

I arrived late for my booking and Jay was so understanding and accommodating. He offered a splendid window seat overlooking the harbour bridge, outstanding. Jay regularly visited our table to top up our drinks and provided sound recommendations for our dinner choices, resulting in wings with appropriate level of spice, it was delicious. We washed down dinner with plenty of Belle's original draught (the Tower of Power!)

Hands down the best Nashville fried chicken you’ll find in Sydney. Loved this new full size venue with tables, bar and booth seating. Booths are a bit of a squeeze for 6 adults so ask for bar seating if you prefer to have a bit more room.

Belles has done it again. So happy that they have a full restaurant now in Sydney! Food was fantastic as always and drinks were top notch. It was refreshing seeing some new items on the menu and the whole vibe of the place was *chefs kiss*. I love you belles, you have my heart ♥

It was so good. One off the best chicken wings I had in Sydney.

The service and atmosphere is a big step up from the "hole in the wall" shop in Darling Harbour. The place has a great American Diner feel. As per normal, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich are to die for. I'll make this branch my favourite in Sydney.

I heard of Belles through Uber eats, food was great. We were on our way to Mardi Gras and saw belles venue in circular quay you can find them by the bright red neon lights!! THIS IS NOT JUST A CHICKEN SHOP, the restaurant takes you back to a retro modern American diner. We loaded up on the traveler spice chicken and side. The whole time we here, we were entertained and looked after by the manager Jay who also gave us advice on how to get to the parade . A great night , I’ll be back with my friends.

Chicken was cooked and seasoned fantastic. I really enjoyed the meal once I finally got it.

Service was slightly disappointing. I was seated for a bit before being able to order, then 15 minutes later they came back to confirm my order because it didn't get entered. The food came out somewhat quick after that, but it was still a huge delay. Once I received the food I never saw another server. I waited a while before getting up to find one so I could pay and leave.

I'm not sure why, but I get the feeling that the issues with service aren't an isolated event. Some other reviews made similar remarks and nobody else was getting service from what I could see looking around while I was there.

Still, the food is good enough that I would go back. If service is still a problem then it might start to sway my opinion.
