Lauren Prokes has been a fantastic property manager for our property in Quakers Hill. This is our first time renting out our property. My investment property had an insurance claim which was going on for some time and I was sick and tired. Since Lauren Prokes took over the management of my rental property, she has turned things upside down. The insurance company who had earlier refused the claim have then agreed to carry out the total repair as well as paying invoices we have paid to a professional mould removing company. All this was possible due to Lauren’s continuous follow up, attention to detail and she managed to convince the insurance company that their earlier evaluation was wrong.
