The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Health professionals that I have worked with there are great.

If you want understanding & respect, do not go to dr Simon Holiday for pharmacotherapy. He has repeatedly talked over & made light of my medical conditions saying "but that’s not unusual for you", when I’ve presented with extreme abdominal pain as just one example. He also told me to take Maxolon for stomach pain?! I get told one thing by his nurses at the cottage & another from him. The reception staff are lovely though.
