Chatime Cabramatta

Strawberry green tea is my favourite. Love the way they make their tea here. They don’t pour a whole cup of syrup in my drink when I say “no sugar”. At other stores I have to specify “no sugar, less syrup”. The staff are kind and friendly.

I am surprised with some of the negative reviews. In my experience, customer service was good. The person who serves me did smile and said "Hello, what can I get for you?" Say "Thank You" when giving me change. I don't expect a long conversation as she's not my friend! She was polite to deal with. The Thai milk tea with grass jelly was nice too, exactly what I ordered.

This is the best Chatime tea shop that we have been to !! Excellent and super fast service even with a long queue of waiting! The drinks are always nice and refreshing ❤❤! Highly recommended

Had a great experience. Thai milk tea is a must with coconut jelly. I had it with full sugar and full ice. Felt so good today.

The new yoghurt drink is amazing! Its even better than the one at the city. Good job Chatime! Also, I didn’t know they accept reusable cup here LOL I’ll come back to save the environment

There are only 3 drinks I love at Chatime - Taro Milk Tea, Matcha Milk tea and Thai milk tea.
Sometimes with perls sometimes without.
There is usually a line during the lunch and dinner hours. The friendly staff are very efficient.
Usually come here 3 times a week. My membership card has over $100 worth of points. I also got my free birthday drink thank you so much chatime.

had great service, really enjoyed my tara bubble tea. I find chatime's range and their quality of ingredients to be top notch, one that I always look forward to when I'm dropping by Cabra

staffs are friendly and drinks are good. Everything's perfect.

As soon as i entered i was greeted with a warm welcome the staff made jokes with me but still kept it professional they put out my drink in less than a minute of ordering will come back again 100%

lots of options and the tea flavour isn't too strong. even the small cup size is generous. staff were happy to help me choose a drink.
they serve the chewy pearls here rather than the bursting kind that I'm used to- still great!
you can also get a free drink on your birthday with their membership.

Fabulous, have been coming here since highschool. The taste had gone better and better everytime I come here. Had the peach green tea with lychee.

Drinks are great, regularly get the same drinks and taste great each and everytime.

Friendly staff, they brew fresh tea and cook fresh pearls.
Downside to that is ingredients aren't always available especially with with pearls in the morning (waiting to cook) and night when they've run out. But it doesn't affect me too much, I much rather have my tea fresh.

I see people not liking the amount of ice or sugar, they offer half ice or no ice as well as 80%, 50%, 30% sugar.

The 3 young ladies at Cha time were very helpful in picking a delightful drink. The service was incredibly fast and tasteful. I suggest everyone to go here and they will provide you with the best service. I go here mostly everyday and i had no problem with my drinks. I probably got the most points in the area.

As a returning customer, I love their chocolate milk tea! Always fast and consistent, I have no complaints here. Also a big fan of their mousse topping :) - a classic milk tea place in the heart of Cabramatta!

Fresh tasting drinks, staff were quick, the 4 drinks came out under 2 mins. Gotta love chatime.

Nice place. HUGE! selection to choose from and the staff are very friendly. I had the strawberry and mango tea, which was fantastic. Not too sweet, and a great amount of flavour. Definitely need to try the rest of the menu 😱😄
