Dr David Dao is a very knowledgeable doctor, kind and is an expert in his field. My family and extended family members is a patient of Dr. Dao. As for his receptionist - chi Hong, she is amazing. We are very happy with the services been offered at this medical centre and can only recommend more friends/family to come here.

Dr Dao is definitely the most knowledgeable and friendliest local doctor. Been our doctor for well over 20 years now. The wait can be long, make sure to book ahead.

Dr David Dao had been our family Doctor since he first started practising and did home visits, but we have stop going to him because we cannot stand his receptionist, she is rude and unorganised and even if you booked expect at least an hour wait while she lets people that she likes skip the queue and go before you when they came in after you.

Avoid this place if you don't want a fight with the gatekeeping cow.

I like Dr David Dao and so does my family we just can't stand the woman working for him, she is unprofessional, rude and has poor communication skills.
Expect to wait over an hour even if you booked an appointment ahead, she will let people go before you even if you have booked and you are in front of the line.

I do not know how good this Doctor is , but the secretary is very appalling ! Very rude , the place is a mess does not look like a medical centre , the desk is a mess took half an hour to find the paper work . Typical Asian think they own the country ! No respect at all .Bloody rude B…!!

The doctor is very nice and friendly, but the only problem here is the receptionist. I stood there for over half an hour while she was on the phone not even acknowledging that I was there. She’s rude, talks in a disrespectful manner and is ignorant and had me standing there for almost an hour. As long as she’s working there I won’t be coming back

Stay away, Stay away, very far away! The receptionist is incredibly rude and they are doing unethical treatments and illegal charging through medicare, this place should be shut down and investigated.
