my favourite gong cha i’ve been to. every time i’m here which is once a week or every two weeks, i’m treated with kindness and respect. i’ve never found myself having been upset with toppings generosity and tonight when i came last minute (10:56pm), the staff were so kind and said a lovely goodbye even after i had come at such a late time. for sure my go-to gong cha.

One of the best Gong Cha’s in South West Sydney! Staff are so friendly and will do their best to ensure their customers are satisfied! Drinks always taste phenomenal and the waffles are amazing !!

Gong Cha Canley Heights is hands down the best Gong Cha I’ve been to, throughout Sydney, and I’ve been to a lot. I travel from past campbelltown just to go there. The staff are so lovely, polite and welcoming, and they all remember my order. Im that kind of regular hehe. The pearls are always fresh coz they make them fresh every day and the egg waffles are to die for. Definitely worth the travel and money well spent.

I brought my own cup because I didn't want to use plastic cup. They were happy to do that. Some places might not be open to it. Still got to enjoy my milk tea :)

Great place for your milk tea needs. Always open late and there's always a line no matter what time of day.

I always want to come back here again. It is very nice that they always double-check with my order to make sure what I really want. Other customers should listen to them when they doue-check.

One of the better locations of gong Cha, staff are friendly, waiting times aren't that bad and they genuinely follow orders without messing them up!!
