I got in contact with Raffini as my wife’s engagement ring (purchased overseas) had been damaged and needed repairing. Raffini was very warm and welcoming and easily guided me through the process, and was able to have it fixed and looking brand new within 2 weeks. Thanks again, Raffini.

My engagement ring was originally purchased in Dubai - but unfortunately a diamond fell out of the band. I went to Raffini to get it fixed, and enquired how to prevent this from happening again.

Raffini made me a whole new band that would hold the diamonds in place more securely using the bezel method - and transferred the original diamond over.

I am so so pleased with how it’s turned out - it’s exactly want I wanted and the craftsmanship is outstanding! Not to mention he’s an absolute gent.

I’ve just had a diamond necklace redesigned and Tiffany rings repaired by Raffini and the results are fabulous. This is the third lot of jewellery he’s created for me (he also made my exquisite engagement/wedding rings and first anniversary gift). The repaired Tiffany rings look better than new & he gave me great help designing a much simpler necklace setting for the solitaire diamond which makes the stone the hero rather than the complicated old setting. A year prior to commissioning Raffini to design a custom designed engagement ring for my now fiancé, I went to a few jewellers including Raffini. That time my knowledge on diamonds and ring design was non existent. Raffini was the only jeweller who actually took time out of his day to sit with me and educate me on diamonds and rings (even though he knew I was not ready to design a ring for another year). Due to his create customer service, Raffini was the one I chose to work with when it was time for me to start designing a ring.

I met with Raffini over a few appointments and each time I went is was a very personable experience. I never felt rushed and never felt like I was just a transaction. I also bothered him with a lot of questions which he was always patient in responding to.

My partner Justin & I came across Raffini Jewellers on line while searching for male wedding bands.
We were looking for classic platinum bands, but with an element of something more striking.
We had done what probably many people do, and had visited Tiffany & Co. and George Jenson. On top of being incredibly overpriced, both these firms did not make two men looking at wedding bands feel overly comfortable nor welcome in their store, particularly Tiffany.
