I was in a crisis, nine three week old puppies had escaped from their cardboard box some where between Yass and Goulburn and scattered throughout the vehicle.

Not only did the wonderful Jess help me select the right enclosure then she proceeded to assist in the not so simple task of wrangling the nine little wrigglers safe into the safety of new cage.

It was certainly above and beyond the job description and, in my humble opinion renders Jess worthy of a pay rise and/or the Employee of the Month award at the very least.

Thank you Jess, you are a super hero!

such friendly staff who helped calm my dog down for her first wash there. they even let us use the bath before paying to make everything easier. ellie got spoilt with lots of pats and even a treat. i’ve always loved this place, never had a bad experience

I just want to pass on our thanks and gratitude to Alyssa at Goulburn Petbarn. We stopped in today (and not from the area) to find some specific items and get some advice for our ageing large dogs. Alyssa was so incredibly helpful and informative and built such great rapport with us while we were chatting. She remembered the details about our dogs, she sympathised with us, she helped us greatly and we are so thankful.

Alyssa deserves recognition for her unwavering passion for animals and her incredible knowledge of large dog breeds. You guys are very lucky to have her! We were so amazed at her level of care and service we will likely drive the distance to Goulburn for any of our pet needs.

I came in looking for a few things, came out with two new fish, two new plants and food! exceptional customer service from "blaire", she was very knowledgeable about catfish and was extremely helpful with my queries. I have now become an official pet barn member and I will be shopping here more often. Congratulations on the management for training your staff so well!

Attended morning of Sunday 7 Aug ‘22. Staff super friendly, big smiles, helpful attitude and a store well maintained. Had no hesitation signing up as a customer when was offered great help, vouchers and a puppy book. Cudos to management at this store.

Wow. 5 stars. Was served by a lovely young lady with curly hair who helped me choose the correct fish and food for my tank. What an asset to PetBarn, never going back to pet domain again. She even helped me sign up to the members program.
