Dr Vu is caring to all patients and will listen to you properly, understand your situation and explain your problems clearly. She is very friendly and humble person, I highly recommend her to anyone who really lookout for good GP in Cabramatta. She makes sure that you will leave happy Her friendly receptionist who always have a good smile on her face and welcome everyone with good heart! srsly do not come here for ur own safety and wellbeing!! my mum had been bitten by our cat and it tore through her nerves, she came here as our usual family doctor was packed and she needed a diagnosis urgently. the doctor here told her everything was fine and okay instructing her to take panadol however upon getting home a couple days after her hand puffed up and caused serious pain. we started doubting the doctors diagnosis and got her to the liverpool hospital where she was told that her hand was severely infected and needed surgery to extract the pus aswell as months of intensive training to help her regain her muscle strength.

she diagnosed my eyelid eczema as a stye after glancing at it from her desk through my glasses. dismissed all my concerns of it being eczema even when i showed her other places on my body i was affected. unsurprisingly, her prescription for an antibiotic made the eczema worse so i went to see another doctor who actually conducted an actual physical examination and told me i’d been using the wrong medicine because it was eczema not a stye. i understand doctors make mistakes too but how are you gonna properly diagnose patients when you’re sitting at your desk and don’t bother to actually idk EXAMINE the site of concern

Unprofessional and have a bad attitude. Not interested nor caring towards her patient.

Wouldn't recommend. She didn't seem at all interested in my issues and said she couldn't help me. Refused to refer me elsewhere on the basis that she didn't know me, which is irrelevant. Told me to access my uni services or ask family members for their doctors.

Awful experiences. The worst services I have ever had. Uncaring GP . Very Bad attitude
