What an amazing experience! I could not speak more highly of such a professional team. I purchased my VW Golf just under a month ago and was blown away with how accomodating both Mark and Adam were. After reading some of the reviews on here I can honestly say they would be the most highly recommended dealer to purchase used cars from. This is now my 5th purchased car and by far best experience yet.

I recently bought an Audi Q5 from Marc at prestige cars and got excellent service. When we first walked in we were greeted warmly and felt welcome immediately. (Meticulous care was also taken with regards to hygiene and safety during covid)
After test driving and deciding I want the car, we took it home within an hour of getting there.
After driving it for a few weeks, we found some issues and notified Marc about this. As we were still within the warranty, Marc booked the car in at a local mechanic who had it sorted within in a few days at no cost to us. (The estimated repair cost to us was about $4500 when we first contacted Marc).
I have only great things to say about Prestige Cars Castle Hill & the team there and will certainly be returning to them when the time comes to upgrade!

I bought a BMW X1 from this company last year and I have nothing but good words to say about Mark's professionalism and honesty. When I finalised my payment I took some time to make my final decision on extended warranty. So glad I decided to take it. I have had two significant issues with the car and even though the car was outside the Dealer warranty time frame Mark still insisted I bring it back to him for the repairs. A $1600 investment into Extended Warranty has already saved me significant cash. Outstanding service Mark and your team of Mechanics, your honest appraisal of the problem and short turn around on the repairs is much appreciated. I have and will continue to recommend Prestige Cars Castle Hill as a fantastic and trust worthy car sales company.

Both thumbs up to Adam & Mark!! We purchased a secondhand Audi SQ5 & traded our older Q5 last week through these guys. My husband & I were treated to a father & son duo, with a friendly & helpful attitude to customers. Their close attention to the quality of their cars shined through too. When we got home, my husband had our new purchase up on the ramps to inspect the undercarriage, which is the only check he couldn't do before purchase. He said he couldn't fault it. The car I bought was in amazing condition and the no fuss no pressure buying process was very refreshing. I had no problem getting an issue looked at. I've bought more than 15 new cars and maybe just as many used and I can tell you they all have foibles from time to time. I dropped the car back and was offered a loan car, I didn't need it but it was a nice offer. This crew is OK by me.

Bought a really really nice Volvo SUV from Mark a few weeks ago. Mark was professional, honest and helpful right from the very first conversation over phone to the handing over our the car keys to our family. Mark’s experience as a ex car machanic helps hims stock cars in excellent conditions that’s is second to none! His knowledge about the cars put all my worries at ease!

Probably due to his believe and passion about his cars, it was very hard to negotiate with Mark with price, but I have definitely got more value for my money buying a car from this prestige car dealers compare to the experience I have with other car dealerships over the car hunting times.
