Officeworks Wetherill Park

I honestly don’t see why they deserve 2.7 star ratings. Came here on Friday and got an IPad, MacBook and a screen protector. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Quite a large store and a lot of parking available on the premises 😄

Hands down the best Officeworks around and I've been to so many. Staff are so approachable, efficient and friendly. Emma, Patrick and Josh are THE standard for all good things customer service which is so difficult to do although they make it seem seamless. Highly recommend.

I came here today as there was a problem with my monitor's pixels. I thought I was going to wait for the monitor to be repaired.

Thanks to the manager, "Bec", she said I could get a new monitor and at a discounted price than I originally paid for it. So, I got a refund and paid the discounted price. The staff here always have outstanding customer service.

The printing staff at Wetherill Park Officeworks are phenomena! They printed a large picture for us, framed it and we picked it up within the hour. The quality and service was amazing, and the two young staff members helped us out, with no troubles at all!
Would definitely recommend and very impressed by the helpful team!

Had an issue with one of the officewoerks at casula where I was promised a call back and for somebody to look into a problem that was caused at that shop. But then I attended the officeworks here and spoke to ramy who then went above and beyond with a 2 day deadline to activate a sim and he called back less than 15 minutes to resolve the issue. Amazing thanks ramy ur a legend.

I almost never have a pleasant time in the printing section at Wetherill Park Officeworks however, after being served by Amira (who was the only person working hard and actually knowing the ins and outs of her job) I will definitely be returning. Amira greets everybody with a friendly smile and always assist with my prints to the best of her abilities and succeeds. My printings and laminating are always ready on time and never have any complications. She beats any staff/ employee by afar and definitely deserves recognition.

Marina had the best service today on the printing desk. Very nice smile and super helpful. I’m very happy with the prints she gave me :)

Onel went above and beyond to help us, his service was impeccable and went out of his way to assist us with something he didn’t even need to assist with. Great service. Guy deserves recognition

On Saturday 5th of August i came to do a printing job and there was barely any staff around 9 am . Luckily one of them were fastastic. Marina was at the front desk of printing and help me and other customers so much.
Like she was helpful and was doing the job of def a few ppl. She had a smile on her face and didnt look stress considering she was doing so much and had to do it quickly.

Def would be back because of her. I hope she is there anytime i need a job done.

My partner and I came into office works to print off invitations for our event and were served by Loretta . She was the most helpful patient worker she paid particular attention to detail with the paper used and also cutting our invitations evenly thank you so much for your customer service and we appreciate it alot .

I’ll make another exception to my usual restaurant/food/holiday destination only reviews. Came in today to take passport photos. Staff were super professional and extremely efficient, especially the younger worker with curly hair and glasses. Quite a large store with all your office essentials, office furniture etc. A lot of parking available on the premises.

Store is ok, however Smrithi went above and beyond with her customer service skills. Good work

I was served by Amira a few days ago. She was so helpful and took time to understand what i needed as i was deciding on two different products. This really made me experience here so simple due to the help I received from her.

I think its important to acknowledge good staff when you have them.
I was served by River on Tuesday and they were very helpful and polite.
The store was quite busy and they still took the time to help me and ensure all my requests were completed.

This rating is for Onel. A young man who juggles multiple customers as well as serving this 75 year old lady with my limited technical skills.

I’ve been going to this officeworks for about the better part of 8 years.

up until now there hasn’t been any outstanding reason that I would put a review in, most of the time the service has been outstanding but again nothing to that made me want to put a review out.

Today after having probably one of the longest Friday's I was looking for a pair of earphones as I donated mine and asked one of the gentlemen there for a suggestion. He helped me pick out ones that would suit my needs which was awesome but on top of that I needed an adapter for the earphones which they couldn’t locate. I can not emphasise the amount of care they put over me and this 14 dollar item. Unfortunately they had none in stock by the end of it but they offered a higher quality alternative.

I would recommend Wetherill park OfficeWorks, the time and effort the team puts in clearly goes unnoticed by the locals.

I put an order through online for click and collect at Wetherill Park.

It said my order will be available to pick up on the 24/02. I didn't receive any call or email to say it had arrived at the store. There were issues with the tracking service on the website. I also called this store and several stores in the surrounding area and my call was never answered. I called the call center and they did confirm with me they have recently switched over to a new telephony system which is having issues. So seems likely to be true, given all 3 stores did not answer. I also called at different day and times.

I attended in the afternoon. I approached the main staff member at the counter who was very young and seemed new but was still friendly and proactive in assisting me. Whilst she was checking to see if my order was at the back, other senior staff members approached who were making sure everything was fine and checking to see if the younger staff member needed any assistance. The same staff members also asked if I needed a trolley for my item. Another staff member carried my chair from the back to the front desk(HEAVY ITEM). Everything was good to go and I was on my way. The whole interaction took less then 10 minutes.

I was abit surprised given the previous reviews where negative on staff customer service. From what I experienced, staff where working collaboratively together and where quick to assist me so that they could go and assist other customers.

It was a positive experience and would like to commend the 3 staff members who assisted me. Im not sure of their name but I attended the store after 6:00 pm. Keep up the great work guys. I believe the store deserves a higher rating then 2.9 out of 5.

I had one bad experience a while back but since then I have had many positive ones. Congratulations you have done well in bringing my confidence back in shopping with Officeworks
