Auto One Goulburn

I brought auction car from Canberra and was driving back to QLD and my car overheated. I had to wait for the morning on a Saturday for the shop to open. When I first walked in and shared what had happened the staff were just very helpful. Young cat and two older guys. They found me a hose to fit to my ranger and also got me water for my coolant and loaded me up. I purchased all the things needed and went on my way.
Above and beyond is what I would call their service for a QLD kiwi brother. Thanks guys appreciated the hospitality that is dying in many countries.
The day was Saturday 21st October 2023 🙏🏼

Each time I gave chased a part, they had it or access to the part with very reasonable delivery times

Popped in for Ad- Blue. The guys could not be any more helpful. Even lent us a funnel so we could get back on our trip quickly. Customer Service spot on. Thanks Auto One Goulburn.
