Supercheap Auto Blacktown

We had Tom help us with our needs here at Supercheap Auto Blacktown. Very helpful and researched our items to reassure us they were exactly what we were after. I never had a problem with this store. Great service here.

I needed new wiper blades for my car. They replaced it for me. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

I came to the store at Richmond Road today, 24 Nov Friday and Vince helped me with the car phone mounts they sell. He was very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. A brilliant employee.

I recently purchased from Supercheap Auto Blacktown online and in store some items for my garage, including a workbench, tools and a tool cabinet, the delivery was prompt but the workbench looked like it had been previously opened and re-sealed, I was a little concerned as I had read some reviews about customers who had received a delivery that had been previously opened and some items missing from it.

I phoned the manager Rowe who was very understanding and friendly and she first checked that they had this item in stock and offered to swap it over if I returned it to the store, she also said that I could ring the online store to arrange for a replacement unit, which I did, the online store lady was also very friendly in assisting me, she arranged for a replacement to be shipped out saying that it might take a week or two to find a sealed unit from another store.

The replacement unit arrived very promptly actually just a few days, they also told me that there was no rush to return the original unit just to return it at my convenience to the Blacktown store, I appreciated the trust that they gave me as they did not charge me for the replacement unit, so I returned the original unit the following Saturday morning to Rowe the store manager and told her there was no refund involved, that it was just a return as I had received a replacement from the online section and she thanked me for my honesty.

Also I checked both units very carefully as the replacement box was damaged and open on one side, my wife was home when it was delivered and she asked the driver why it was open on one side and parts were falling out onto my driveway and the driver responded that it was because of the rain, so I took photos of it when I arrived home from work, from my careful inspection I observed that no parts were missing from either unit and I repacked the return unit into the least damaged box carefully and re-sealed it before returning it on the following Saturday morning.

Overall, I am happy with the service from Supercheap Auto Blacktown, as they suggested that I could organise a replacement unit from the online section and it was delivered promptly with no charge pending the return of the original unit to the Blacktown store.

Update, when I assembled the second item (Tool-chest cabinet) that I ordered online, I realised that I couldn't open the locked drawers as no keys were supplied with this unit, so I had to contact the online section again, I explained the situation to the lady who was very friendly and understanding of the issue, she asked that I disassemble the cabinet and repack it back into the box again, which wasn't easy and in fact took three attempts to secure it properly and re-seal it, now awaiting pick up by the courier.

I mentioned that I was not happy wasting my time assembling and then disassembling the cabinet and then having to assemble the replacement again when I receive it, but in fairness, this was a quality control issue from the factory and it should never have been dispatched without the keys in the first place. To the credit of the online section the lady kindly offered to refund my original shipping fee as a goodwill gesture, which under the circumstances I very much appreciated.

I always shop my automotive need from SCA they are always have good customer service and competitive price.

Well kept store, staff kept an item aside which was the only one left in stock. Price matching was quick with no questions aksed besides the website. Parking is limited but you may possibly be able to use other stores' parking

From when I entered to when I left was very happy with the service.
The girl packing the shelves was very knowledgeable of the store and was happy to help. The lady serving also was very good at her job made the visit fast and easy, wish everywhere was like this.

The person who served me at the counter was on her first day in the job. Her great attitude more than made up for the slightly slower checkout experience. Everybody else in the store had the same great attitude, and also experience to make sure I got what I needed.

A great place to shop. It is a typical supermarket and I enjoy walking up and down the aisles inspecting the stock. Prices are reasonable and I find the staff to be friendly. Car parking can be a bit of a problem on site at times but I park over the road and bypass the possible congestion.
I can recommend the place.

Anastasia from Super cheap Auto Blacktown was absolutely fantastic in resolving my trolley Jack issue. I had this Jack in storage for some time hardly used but somehow I couldn’t get it to work. Good price & customer service

Fast, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. 99 times out of 100 they've got what I needed in stock and when they didn't they got it in a 2 days for me.
Keep up the great work Blacktown!!

The crew here are amazing!!! Minchinbury and Penrith stores should only learn from Blacktown crew who actually want to help customers not turn them down or tell me i am unsure when the technician is in next 'cause i am to lazy to find out' Minchinbury and Penrith require urgent customer service training :-)

Unfortunately supercheap auto does have some fitment discrepancies in their online guides from my experience. However the team at supercheap have always been very helpful with every inquiry I have had about any fitment or whether the part would be okay to use on my car.

Very very grateful for the help of the team especially then going out of their way to assist, even close to closing they fitted my new windscreen wipers. Highly recommend

The staff were amazing and very helpful (and very knowledgeable!!). The items are good prices and there is a lot of range for many different cars and car needs. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area. Only downfall is on-site parking is VERY limited.
