We had family visiting from QLD, I called to ask if the doctor would take new patients, 15 minutes before closing and they answered, “we are happy to help you” “how far are you now” living 5 minutes away, we promptly made our way. Doctor waited for us to close, couldn’t believe how kind and professional the receptionist was and got superb help. Thank you team, I highly recommend a visit if you need to see a doctor. Keep up the kindness, faith in humanity restored today.

So happy when first time I'm here. When I just walking not booking . I'm living Mount Pritchard but Medical centre at Mount Pritchard always said " full booking " then I come in Fairfeild West Medical centre before 30 minutes They close . But they let me to see Doctor . Thank you all Staff and Doctor .

I visited this surgery for the first time today and was very impressed by the GP I saw. She took her time to listen and explain everything in detail to me, she was very friendly and approachable and seemed very competent. Highly recommended!

I've always had great experiences at the centre. The receptionists and nurses have always been so kind. Dr Zahra Rassouly Obayd is such a wonderful doctor and always practices in a professional manner. I can always be assured that I will get the best care when I see Dr Obayd and great service from the staff.

I visited Fairfield West Medical Centre today. Their service was wonderful. The staff are exceptionally helpful, caring and kind and I was in and out so quickly. They were busy today, but everything flowed so smoothly I wouldn't have even known they were this busy if I didn't come as early as I did and saw it for myself.
I will definitely be back.

Moved my whole family from our previous family doctor of 25 years to Fairfield West Medical Centre in 2018 - would highly recommend this practice. The doctors are thorough, caring, professional and reliable. Everything is there in the centre and I have never had an issue. Thanks guys.

Could not fault this practice from the receptionists to the doctors, excellent service the doctors are very thorough and knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable. I moved an hour away from this practice but still travel to see Dr Obayd or Dr Shinwari as they are worth the trip, 5 STARS

After seeing my beloved GP for some 25 years, he decides to retire... Stressed and anxious, I begin the search for a new GP...
I walk into this medical centre for the first time and find reception staff to be very friendly, polite, and happy. Then I meet Dr Shinwari. He's amazing. I have autoimmune issues and this is just too much for many GPs to handle, but Dr Shinwari had a sound understanding of the issues I face and knew when something needed to be escalated to my specialist. Very happy with Dr Shinwari - I just wish he worked more hours for us poor working folk!

The staff are very friendly and professional.
They were patient and answered all of my medical questions.

Probably the best service I have had so far, amazing staff, the receptionists are lovely and the Doctors provide the best treatment. Especially Dr Zahra who helped me with my baby.
