My mother has visited Dr Khoa for regular check up on her diabetes over the last few years. However, on the one occasion that she required the doctor's sign off to redeem a free glucose test device he absolutely refused. Dr Khoa said he has never seen the form and did not know how to fill it out. My mother had to go to her pharmacist to ask for advice. The pharmacist called him up to advise him what to do but he still refused. This shows that he not been professional developed in the medical industry. What kind of doctor does not know how to fill out a form? Dr Khoa should seriously think about retraining or have his medical licence provoked.
