Furthermore, I have to say that my experience with Mary Fernandez was excellent. I could not be happier with my experience with NCA it was fantastic in ensuring I completed my Cert4 in Community Services. In particular, my trainer Manvi has been especially supportive as I navigated difficult personal circumstances throughout my studies; balancing life commitments was a challenging task. Despite this, Manvi met with me weekly and I am extremely grateful for her guidance, allowing me to keep on track and motivated to reach my goal. Through my interactions with Manvi, I can attest that her dedication to her students is unwavering; she has your best interests at heart and is proactive in helping you grow professionally and personally. NCA was fantastic in ensuring I completed my Diploma in Community Services. In particular, my trainer Manvi has been especially supportive as I navigated difficult personal circumstances throughout my studies; balancing full time work coupled with other life commitments was a challenging task. Despite this, Manvi met with me weekly and I am grateful for her guidance, allowing me to keep on track and motivated to reach my goal. First of all, I want to THANK my trainer & assessor Manvi Bhutani. Without her, I would not be able to complete my Diploma of Community Service (Case Management). At the beginning of the journey, I was so busy with my work and nearly gave up the course. However, Manvi's email CHANGED everything last May. Her sincere and friendly words inspired me to pick up the study again. Since then, I attended EVERY SINGLE WEBINAR as I knew deeply from my heart that I CAN DO IT WITH HER SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE.
Even though online courses give us flexibility, we need to discipline ourselves to get the job done! To me, Manvi is not just a trainer & assessor. She is my mentor and cheerleader who always encourages and pushes me whenever needed. Dear Manvi, I owe you a lot as you have helped me achieve my goal and change my life!

A big shout out to my trainer, my biggest cheerleader and Assessor Manvi B.I am so grateful that I was able to be put under Manvi's guidance. Right from the initial meeting I felt how Motivating and caring she was and for the very first time after all my education hurdles and unfinished courses, I am getting through the Cert 4 Community Services. The way she teaches in our Hour of power class each week is what keeps me going back she is so smart in so many ways and definitely knows how to deliver her knowledge to her students of all academic backgrounds. I have finally completed my course! It took long time to complete my course due to my health condition as I was going to have my baby, NCA college understood my condition and was a way happy to extend my course till I complete it. In my every frustration during assessment, this college had been very calm and was ready to do any possible things which could help me to get success in my course. I would like to thank new assessor Michelle Mason who helped me to complete this course as I was stucked in just two units. I just wanted to share my current experience studying with NCA. Currently I am close to completing a Cert III Individual Support (Disability) Over the past year I have struggled with many different roadblocks to being able to complete my course and found it really difficult to get to the finish line.
If not for my Trainer Assessor Sharon Thomerson I would have thrown in the towel a long time ago.
This woman has gone way beyond, she has encouraged me, supported me, made me feel listened to and more than that been compassionate towards me.

I’m a student of NCA and am studying cert IV in community services. I was not expecting to be as supported as what I am, but I have found NCA to be quite dedicated to the success of their students. I have been studying and training beside a group of bright and friendly people that I look forward to meeting with for the Wednesday night Webinars. Our trainee assessor, Manvi, is absolutely amazing and is 100% present and ready to support and watch her students succeed.

Today I completed my Certificate IV in Community Services with NCA. The past 8 months have been somewhat difficult with unexpected life events happening throughout my course and at times, I really thought I was going to drop out and not finish. If not for the dedication and support shown to me by my teacher Manvi, I am sure I would not have completed it. I feel overjoyed that I have been able to complete this certificate and I owe it to my teacher, Manvi. Manvi you are a shining light and you give 100% to all your students to help us achieve our goals. I am very grateful that Manvi was my teacher and if I ever want to expand my qualifications further, I would not look past NCA with Manvi as my teacher.

My Trainer Assessor, Kim Vlotman, taught me so much. She has a wealth of knowledge and a broad range of experiences from working in the sector. I don't think I could have finished my Diploma without her constant encouragement, support and belief in me. She is empathetic and understanding, and very flexible and generous with her time. l just completed my course a week ago, l was behind for a year due to challenges I faced in my life and l though of withdrawing but Mary Fernandez encouraged me to continue with the course. Mary Fernandez was very exceptional throughout the course because she persuaded me to continue with the course without withdrawing from the course. The support and help I received from my trainer and assessor, Mary was really great you gave me hope and you have changed my life Mary, much appreciated as well as NCA staff especially, Rebecca, Sara and Karen Snaith. I was able to complete my course and achieve Certificate III in individual Support through their support. I highly recommend Mary to any student who want to study at NCA.

I have had a quite pleasurable experience in dealing with Ms. Mary Fernandez as my trainer and assessor. She is absolutely brilliant, such a lovely person and shows a genuine concern for others with a desire to help everyone. I can personally attest to that being present in her Hour of Power webinar meetings. Ms. Fernandez is genuine, open and very approachable. Ms. Fernandez has even gone out of her way to provide assistance outside of her normal office hours, such as in the evenings for additional help when needed or requested. I cannot recommend Ms. Fernandez high enough as she is absolutely brilliant and does a fantastic job. Rest assured, I guarantee that you will be quite pleased if she is to be your trainer and assessor just like so many before.

I struck gold, 5 gold stars in fact, with Mary Fernandez as my Mentor, whilst studying for Certificate III Individual Support-Disability. I am working three full days a week and have a very heavy home schedule, however, Mary was always so prompt in her responses back to me. This made it so much easier to cope with. Mary communicated with such clarity that pulled me out of confusion on several occasions. I really don't think that I could have navigated the course without her. A big thank you to Mary for being the most incrediblly professional, friendly, diligent, efficient and 100% helpful Mentor.

Fred Boog you were an amazing trainer, so patient, knowledgable and understanding. Appreciate all the help you gave me and the assistance throughout these past few months. Thank you.

Taran Palma was my first trainer and I appreciate his help too. Unfortunately, due to my hearing impairment, Taran's beard and slight accent I found it difficult training with him.
The NCA platform as whole really needs to be fixed up. In the early days there were many mistakes and errors in the online learning and it was not very user friendly. Even now it is better but still has more that could be done better. Just my observations.
