Big busy stop with lots of choices. Should be able to find something for everyone. Toilets always clean and well supplied when I've been through

The self serve ordering kiosk ran out of paper and the staff did not get that no one knew their order number 😐, I asked one of the staff, and it was like pulling teeth just to get my order number, not sure if she knew what happens when there's no paper in the kiosk. I thought I missed something, but it was the same for others after me as I stood there and observed waiting for my order. Make sure your kiosk are equpit with paper or will show patrons their order number on the screen where you can actually see it. Hungry Jacks and KFC's system is better. There's also no way to get your receipt emailed if the machine is out of paper, you have to ask staff if you need a receipt for some reason. The sandwich was below standard, cold and dry it was a Mc Rib, it's not the sandwich's fault it was just not prepared properly. The fries were nice and hot.

Thank you to your amazing manager, Rhueben! As a woman stranded alone, at 3:30am after accidentally being locked out of my Uber Carshare with my phone locked in the car; Rhueben was lovely to assist me using his personal phone to get help by downloading apps, emails & finally calling NRMA roadside assistance. I was distraught & he showed care, maturity, understanding & empathy beyond his years! All while he continued to manage the restaurant & staff! Thank you so very much for also trying to reassure me. Maccas, you've got a 5 ⭐ employee in Chinderah.

Absolute joke waited over 12 minutes for someone to serve me. When I was finally served they told me that I was not waiting that long funnily enough I taking a photo and sent it to a family member I was looking forward to doughnuts on the way home read the timestamped 13 minutes. I don't like to be accused of being a liar and to top it off after waiting all that time to be told that they were out of doughnuts. Next time maybe just put a sign up instead of having someone waiting 13 minutes for no reason. I spoke to four separate attendance that said someone was coming to serve me and not one of them knew that there were no doughnuts that was 13 minutes I could have been on the road earlier for a service station that caters for heavy tourist traffic the aim should be to get people back on the roads as soon as possible. Disappointed I won't be stopping at this service station again how go to the 1 near Coomera on the way home instead.

Good place to stop if driving south or even for a break before entering QLD. It's much easier to enter when travelling south bound. However is possible when heading north with a detour. Can get busy as it's also a truck stop. Usually there is plenty of parking.

Great coffee and consistent service each and every time you visit. It is a service centre, so not fine dining and multiple outlets are available to cater for many needs and desires. Well maintained and presented facilities.

After visiting NSW resteraunt on my job. The Queensland stores really need to start upping their game, for example hiring older more responsible staff.

Fast food so lower your expectations. Asian coffee server at Cafe very abrupt and bordering on rude.

Great place to grab a feed and a shower for us truckers.

Really fast service, and staff were so nice, hashies were super crunchy, not overcooked😊

Everything you need at this bp. Can get a bit crowded for petrol lines.

Easy and fast service the night we went through

The cleaner tonight Peru (I believe that was his name) was more than welcome to have a conversation with us. He is a very hard working man, who is an asset to BP. Hopefully I will see him again next time I come through. He is also COVID safe which I adore.
