Ingenia Holidays Kingscliff

My children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this park! We had a small issue regarding our cabin upon arrival but after speaking to the manager about this, she quickly resolved it for us in a very friendly and efficient manner. The park is close to the beach and shops, the pool was amazing and the grounds and amenities are clean and well maintained. Best of all the park is peaceful and quiet at night! We had a wonderful holiday at Ingenia Kingscliff. Thanks again to the wonderful manager and staff. 🙂

We stayed here for 2 nights with our daughter and son in law.
Check in was a breeze.
Sites were spacious and well maintained. Facilities at this park were a little dated, but always clean and tidy.
Pool area was fantastic and camp kitchen facilities were clean and ample for those who needed them.
Would definately stay here again.

It was a lovely stay!
Very quiet and relaxing.
The bed and mattress we slept on was sublime.
Never slept better.

Lovely place , close to Chinedrah Tavern and takeaway shop including Chinese food.
Amenities were very clean and tidy was happy to use communal bathroom.
Bbq and playground facilities were available and if the weather was kind to us we would have utilised this.

Had a lovely stay at Ingenia, Kingscliff. Cabin and grounds are kept beautifully clean, and staff members were extremely accommodating and responsive to our particular needs.
Locals also friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend 👌

Such a nice caravan park and pretty close to the beach. Spent the weekend there for a small getaway. Kingscliff is a beautiful area the perfect spot to camp and to look around in the area.

The room I stayed in was immaculate.. not a speck of dust and super cute ... I stayed in one of the cabins and as a single woman felt 100% safe .. I had no interactions with the residents as they keep to themselves , .. every place I stayed in before this during the week smelt .. this one did not ... I had issues with the heater and within ten miniutes had groundsman staff help fixing up a new one ... I wish it was hot as the pool is a lovely area to hang out in ... I booked the wrong day and they were 100% accommodating with making sure I had a room and felt welcomed.. every worker I interacted with was kind and made me feel relaxed ... a hidden gem within miniutes of the most stunning coastal and river views !! Such a great price too :)

My daughter and I recently stayed here for a week in one of the cabins and had a lovely time. Everything was clean and comfortable with everything we needed.
The pool was lovely and well maintained, my daughter thoroughly enjoyed using it every day of our stay.
The only critique would be maybe having a children's channel on the TV. While we were out and about for most of the day and spent our afternoons reading, it is sometimes nice to have the option to sit and watch a movie or something before bed, however we managed without.
We will book here again if we're ever staying in this area.

We had an extended stay here due to car problems and nothing was too much trouble to Kurt and staff. The showers. toilet and laundry all cleaned daily, the games room and library we utilised and the pool was perfect every afternoon. Short drive to many beach spots or shopping so location excellent and short walk to the tavern for delicious dinner. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this holiday park. The cabins are clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing, they are flexible, helpful and nothing is a problem. Best customer service I've had in a long time. The pool is great and the amenities are spread throughout the park making washing your clothes an easy chore. Fantastic holiday spot for families in particular.

We would give it more then 5 stars!!
The cabin was quite big for a cabin. There was enough room for our kids to play together on the floor in the lounge area. The bed was comfortable. Clean bathroom.
Very nice BBQ and pool areas.
Only downers were I couldn't get a washing machine on Sunday morning and I found previous kids had left a bit of scudge under the bunk mattresses. A bit more bench in the kitchen would be nice but we did manage.
Kurt in the office is a top bloke. We told him we will be back in the future.

Was impressed by the cleanliness, every corner was spot on! Enough kitchenware provided for basic cookings, good and comfy bed and pillows, air conditioning plus ceiling fan was very handy to save us from the super hot weather outside, can't wait to be back and highly recommend this place!
Easy check in and check out, and nice friendly reception staffs as well!

What a lovely holiday park. We stayed in an en-suite studio cabin which was spotless, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The booking, check-in and check-out process was seamless and professional. I couldn't fault a thing. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this holiday park. Extremely affordable!

Booked a powered site late before Easter, one of the cleanest toilet/shower blocks I’ve experienced in a caravan park!
Check in and check out was fast and simple!
Would recommend staying here if you’re travelling

Had a wonderful time with my son very clean park great team of people who work there. Great location. The studio cabin we stayed in had everything we needed for our short stay. Would highly recommend

what a good place to stay on a public holiday with plenty of sites to stay at as well allowing dogs to stay there

The staff have been absolutely fantastic in assisting with the accommodation for my 60th birthday in September.
