Excellent service I've used them a number of times now

Very efficient.

Treated poorly as a young person trying to buy our first home. Laughed at when asking the simplest of questions. Run by a group of condescending queen Karen’s. Did they do the work, absolutely. Did we go elsewhere for our next home? Of course…

Unhelpful from day one, irresponsible, late every time and argumentive. They tried to charge me $200 more after settlement. They did not provide me with a copy of documents that developer had given to them and later when I asked them for a copy they wanted to charge me. Will NEVER use them again.

Very aggressive and unhelpful, gave me incorrect advice and then got very argumentative when I tried to rectify the problem. Would NOT recommend using them.
