I walked in without an appointment. Was treated extremely well, the very qualified hair stylist assisted me in finding a lovely style that suited me, I was treated to a thorough pampering and have received numerous comments on the high quality of my new hair style and colour. The ladies were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and helped me select exactly what I was after, when I didn’t have a clue. I highly recommend you visit Ballina Heads Hair Co for all your reasonably priced hair requirements.

Had the best experience here! Mel created a beautiful cool blonde color for my hair and was so kind and professional. After having long hair my whole life I decided to get a short bob cut and Mel did a fantastic job, it turned out even better than I imagined! So glad I chose this salon :)

Finding a hairdresser these days who can do a good cut is very much a case of hit and miss .
I had my first visit to Ballina Heads Salon this week. Cassie gave me the best cut I’d had in over a year . I look forward to my future bookings there. 🙂

To those who read reviews , I had to leave this message . I've had my haircut at 100 different hair salons from high end salons in sydney to lower than average salons in other states , it's safe to say that I have experienced a lot of good and bad haircuts. I wasn't sure what to expect when i walked into this salon in Ballina for the first time but what i found was truly refreshing . the staff at this salon are friendly and talented, I got that relieved feeling after i had my cut . . . So happy to find a good hair salon in the Northern rivers. they really made me feel comfortable from start to finish , I highly recommend Ballina Heads hair Co. You won't be disappointed.

Well done on such a nice place. Staff were lovely professional and kind. Great small town feel salon but with a nice modern façade. Walked out feeling like a new women.

They really know what they are talking about with hair. They always make you feel fabulous.

Cassie and Georgia are extremely knowledgeable with all things hair, no matter what your hair type or style. I've been getting pampered by the staff here for quite some time now and have seen them all working their magic on so many very happy customers. They spend the time to talk with you to know and understand what you want and are the most beautiful friendly bunch of girls you could meet. I have curly hair that they cut, colour and foil to perfection every time, I highly recommend....you won't be disappointed!!

Only been to this salon twice and I have to say the ladies I have met have been absolutely amazing. Even my daughter loved her experience and loves her fringe. We have definitely found our hairdressers. I will be recommending Ballina Heads Hair Co. X

Cassie is amazing. I used to go to lots of different hairdressers until I visited this service and I haven’t looked back. The best thing to happen in services for me in 2020. A very difficult year, yet Cassie styles my hair and beard consistently, appropriately and priced reasonably. This is a very comfortable and inviting salon and I always feel welcome and valued. The service is affordable and the staff including Georgia are are very professional.

I've observed that persistence and dedication beats talent every time. Cassie is a very talented cutter but I've also noticed, as she cuts my hair, how much attention, expertise, and patience she has for her work. While I'm always very pleased with the results when I get out of the chair, I've also noticed that her haircuts look good longer than others I've had. I don't know how she does this but I really appreciate her for it.

It took me 5 attempts to find a good hairdresser when I moved here 3 years ago, before finding Ballina Heads Hair. Now I won't go anywhere else. Cassie is so lovely and a great hairdresser who gives good professional advice. Cassie is also very approachable and is great at problem solving. She will happily help to resolve any issues.

Don't give 5 stars very often but after hairdresser surfing for years I was thrilled with my hair. The decor was fabulous making a very welcoming Salon. Friendly, pleasant staff, Cassie is very professional she explained what she was going to do and we also talked prices which I felt was very fair, compared to some salons I have been to. I will definitely return, easy parking, highly recommend.

Cassie is a fabulous hairdresser who really listened to my ideas and took time to connect with me as a person, even though she was really busy. She then gave me a beautiful, skillful cut, clearly confident and masterful. The end result was perfect and very inexpensive considering the time she took to do it. Three words... Customer. For. Life!! Way to go, Cassie!

Anna, the Senior stylist is amazing and attentive at her craft and will go above and beyond to meet YOUR needs, and Georgina makes me feel like an absolute super star at least fortnightly.

I highly recommend that you stop in just to see & feel how awesome the vibe is in there.

Cass and the team go above and beyond to deliver quality and long lasting colour options. Very helpful, friendly, accommodating and value for money. Love getting my beauty done while my colour takes.
