Ordered a 10 pack of Canadian club premium for my partner for his birthday..as im 1500klm away . I ordered a fair way ahead of time , i called on the day it was being collected Ian said he would have it cold when he called in. Nothing was too much trouble , personalized service to say the least.
BWS staff like this make up for all the unacceptable service we get in other businesses elsewhere.
Head office give them a well deserved pat on the back
