BIG W Ballina

Matilda needs a raise. Went there today looking for something and couldn't find it but before we left Matilda found us to give us the item we were searching for. She'd continued searching and made sure she we left happy. Definitely don't expect service that good and really appreciate it. Thanks Matilda

Got what I needed good price

I couldnt find what I needed a very big store No Directions!!!! So after trudging around went down to the doorman he was verh helpful but not able to access what I needed seriously thinking of going somewhere else when a store employee !!Yes they do have some !!! She was exceedingly helpful so I finaly left with my goods.Seriously some signage and aisle maps would help a lot Im 75 and use a walker saw other folk with them as well,had visions of being locked in!!So if you want me to return anytime soon please sort out some help for peop,e to find things No I only buy what I need.

Easy to find anything you are looking for with the Bunnings app. Not real fast but thorough. It tells you the number of the aisle but it also tells you if it is in stock or not.

Big W is a wonderful Department Store.
Love shopping here as a huge variety of Brands, heaps of stock and great bargains to be bought.
Easy to find what you want, if not the pleasant, friendly and easy to approach Staff are more than happy to assist you with your enquiries.
Plenty of parking as well.
Great brands, great prices.

Got everything you need, I found what I was after straight away. Store is well organised and clean, greeted with a smile and a good morning, hard to come by. Great prices and variety 😃

Thank goodness for Big W Ballina. If you live in Byron Bay it is one of the few places you can head to if you are on a budget. Pretty much everything is there but particularly good for kids things where the $ count. And super sizes. Great undies etc. You can get Blanch's Bus service from Byron, not so good at the weekends though. It's not in town remember. Good value, clean shop.

The biggest collection of phone, tv and HDMI type cables I have ever seen. Very competitively priced.

Excellent staff and great products

I like the range of books available at Big W for reasonable prices. I do a lot of Xmas shopping in the book aisles. Also during the year will buy books by my favourie author. When I've read them I donate them to the Ballina Library.

Great store and staff. No trouble to order products in for you if they happen to be out of stock and honour specials price if they do have to order in.

The lady that helped us at the lay bye counter was amazing she organised a push bike that we purchased to be delivered to our caravan park wow she went above and beyond

I'd be lost without Big W. Best place for me to buy clothes and be able to try things on. Thank you so much.

Had to go here for first time since lismore was flooded, found everything I wanted as store was very well stocked
