Got a puncture whilst on a road trip last week - far from home. Rang Mick Muldoon's Motorcycles and they had a suitable tyre in stock. Staff were very friendly and had my new tyre fitted within 30 minutes of arriving. Very happy with the service!

My wife and I were looking for 2 Kawasaki off-road bikes for our 2 kids to use on the farm. When we first visited the shop, Adam was extremely helpful in guiding us towards suitable bikes for them and talked us through the need of (or not) future upsizing etc. He spent a fair bit of time online and on the phone trying to source the bikes for us and said he would call us when they came in. It's always nice (and quite rare these days) when someone says they'll call and they actually do! He said the bikes were in and waiting for us. We visited the shop again at the weekend to collect the bikes and on entering, we were straight away approached by a young man and asked if we needed help. I groaned inwardly, as he looked so young, I was just hoping that Adam would appear and take over from a potentially grunting teenager. I couldn't have been more wrong about Angus! He was absolutely fantastic - articulate, friendly and professional. He knew who we were and about the bikes we were collecting. He went over every aspect of setting up the bikes with my son (11) and daughter (14), asking their names and helping them understand what they needed to know as first time owners of motorbikes. He spent a long time taking us through all the safety gear that we wanted to buy, discussing pros and cons of different styles and brands. He adjusted the throttle limiters on both bikes and assured my son that he'll still be able to go as fast as he needed! He was just awesome. Then he helped us load and secure the bikes into our trailer for us. We even bumped into him at Supa Cheap Auto on the way home and he again guided us through how much oil to buy and when to check and change it for the first time. Thank you Angus. You have given me a renewed faith in the next generation. I will be recommending Mick Muldoon Motorcycles and Angus (and Adam) to anyone who wants good advice about purchasing a motorbike.

Got rear tyre replaced on my 2013 Kawasaki Ninja. The tyre was fitted quickly. Since I am still learning about road bikes, i've found that Adam is always helpful in terms of recommendations for spares. Will continue to take my recently acquired preowned Kawasaki to Mick and his crew - Travis
