Domino's Pizza Baulkham Hills

Had many issues with past owners - small pizzas with hardly any sauce or toppings, but new owners are much better. Pizzas are delicious and orders are always on time and hot! Have only had one small issue with an order and was given a new pizza for free and was sent a deal in the mail later in the week - excellent service!

I went to this store on a super busy Thursday evening. I’m a regular here from a while and the staff is always very friendly. But today it appeared bit overwhelming, heaps of orders on the screen and just 2 girls literally running in the store. Felt sorry for how rigorously they were working. But as always great service guaranteed. Shoutout to fantastic management. The lady manager was amazing. It looked like it was very hectic for her to manage all that but she did and that too with a smile on her face.

Keep it up dominos.

Hi team , i am very regular customer of your store. I don’t usually give reviews but this time I couldn’t stop myself from giving one. I visited the store yesterday morning, there was a girl, and was happy to see her managing everything on her own. I think her name was Sukriti. Store was very busy , but the way she was managing everything was just outstanding. I’ll definitely visit the store again and again just because of her service.

Great helpful staff. Great pizza, had no issues with anything. Would definitely come back.

New owners are changing things for the better had a small issue with order spoke with Raj and he rectified immediately with no fuss and was probably the best domino’s I’ve had easy 5 stars - Joel

After a "NOT" very nice experience with this store, I have left a negative feedback and been contacted by the franchise/store owner himself personally and all I can say is, he was a very generous, friendly family father trying to run his own business and deliver us not only the best food but also the best service as well as happiness. One again, I have learned not to judge a business/store/franchise just by having an experience with one of the staff members or product as there are many other staff members and products offered which needs to be acknowledged and appreciated as well. Thank you so much dear V., for showing me the hard effort and respect provided by yourself and by your team. Today, I have not discovered a fantastic Pizza place but also a very down to earth businessman trying to run his business with love and respect.

Awesome staff and great quality pizzas. All my toppings and modifications worked just fine. Parking available just opposite to the shop across the road where NSW centerlink office is located. The parking is for users of those officers but picking up an online order would hardly take five minutes so no crime.

Going above and beyond to provide fresh pizza to my tummy. Thank you to the worker who stayed back after 10pm on a Tuesday night to personally hand me a piping hot pepperoni parcel of pizza-ry pleasure to my tired tastebuds. Love you bro xx

I've ordered from this Dominoes many times and they've always been on time and provided pizzas to the standard expected. Depending on how busy it is when you walk in, it can take a little while to get the attention of the staff. The place is always neat and orderly when I visit.

I just fail to understand how this store sits at a 3.6

I literally live 2 minutes away from the North Parramatta Store (Grose Street) and still drive all the way to Baulkham hills for our bite

The quality of Pizzas Cooked to perfection, generous toppings and an amazing customer service keeps us coming back to this store 5kms away though carlingford store could improve on some parking options

If Dominos are listening, Parramatta store should learn something from these guys whose pizzas are always overdone and dry with minimal toppings

The quality of the pizza is very good when compared to other pizza shops. Even the customer service is really amazing, actually this people deserves more than five stars.

Brilliant staff. Pizza was awesome. I waited outside and the staff ran it out to me once it was cooked. Champions. Best pepperoni with anchovies pizza ive ever had.
