This is a great place to shop for your pet where you can get everything cheaper.
The mince here is cheap and my puppy loves it, the workers here are very helpful and help you find what you want. I really recommend going here if you need anything for your pets.

Great staff and great help with any questions

I was looking for a new harness for my 3 year old American Staffy girl, I rang to see if I could take her with me, which was no problem, as long as she was on a lead.

When we got there, the sales ladies showered my girl with pats and some treats.

I asked lots of questions re harnesses, and the sales lady I had was extremely knowledgeable and friendly,

I paid for my harness, my girl got more treats and we both left very satisfied.

We will both be coming back in the future.

Good place for your pet needs. And reasonably cheap. Only this is the customer service can be hit and miss.

Honestly an incredible place for my fish. Everything is cheaper than other pet shops. I've never ever had a bad experience with the staff, I also get served by one of the lovely ladies with extensive advice and a smile. I've never met the owner, I have seen his replies and although some of them don't reflect well they are.all very dated and I would never judge based on that.
This the only place I'd shop for aquarium stuff.
Unfortunately for the reviews on dead fish you cannot always help how the fish are and sometimes it just happens.

Very good prices on everything we've bought here. Helpful staff and a good range. Last major purchase was a huge cat stand. Rather than assemble it ourselves we purchased one from the display and one of their team helped us get it into our car.
