McDonald's Northmead, 225 Windsor Rd, Northmead ~ stopped here for a quick bite to eat ~ about 12.13pm midweek recently ~ plenty of parking. The staff are very friendly and well trained with the self ordering system [needed help on a few items & just asked a staff member close by to clarify something ~ no probs]. For table service you need to grab a number off the counter ~ these should be next to the self serve ordering screens maybe on a bracket or something so you don't have to wonder over to the main service counter only to find someones come through the door and starts using your ordering screen. Wanted a receipt but the machine never prompted for that option. The interface still needs tweaking a bit. Better signage to the amenities at face level rather than high up at ceiling. Look forward to again visiting this store in the near future..

Great place to take a break on the go, the only "issue" is to turn right to the busy Windsor Rd after.

My drive thru experience was great here. Lovely customer service and my order was spot on. Special mention to Natalia who did my order, such a sweetheart

Served by a young lass who smiled and was very proficient. I commented on the excellent make-up she had applied. The store wasn't busy and I received my dinner fairly quickly - fresh and still steaming!

Stopped for lunch on the way home. Service was quick even though they were busy. That said orders had to be placed on the touch screen. Food was good and the coffee was pretty good.

Northmead McDonald's is super clean, quick service, beautiful polite well presented staff. Premises is well presented inside and out...well done all staff at northmead Macca's.

It was a drive through. They were fast and polite, even when I wanted a change at the paying window. Very accommodating and professional.

Very consistent in their food quality, staff are friendly. Only advantage and disadvantage is that they're on a main road which is great to get to but can be difficult to leave depending on traffic.

An honest review from my visit on the 6th of May 2022: Friendly staff, burgers came out hot, generous with chips and the Fanta was on point. The setting and dining atmosphere was welcoming. The cleanness of the entire place, the lighting, the interior design and the seating areas (indoor and outdoor) incredibly stood out from all other MacDonalds branches. I must say that this is one of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve had in Sydney.

Best maccas around, always get a good experience, except for when people before me order Unsalted chips. Has a drive through as well. Highly recommend trying it.
