Called beforehand to check whether there was a long waiting time. Attended and was seen straight away with the entire visit taking 5 minutes in and out. The Clinical Trainer took my blood who was very friendly, efficient and I barely felt a thing! A seamless experience from start to finish thanks to the excellent staff

Very attentive care for pregnant women. Usually, I bruise even with a single draw. But here, even though I had to give blood three times, there was no bruise on my arms. Great job 👏🏻

Third time visiting this location and I think they do a phenomenal job. Very professional and calming and they manage the onslaught of demanding people really well. I had a two hour test today and I felt they really looked after me and juggled the busy periods with efficiency.

One of the best blood tests I've experienced. Very calming and pleasant - happily accommodated me wanting to lay down for the draw as I get light headed. Would visit here again if I needed to.

Good place for blood tests if you need somewhere in the city (it's downstairs if you're looking for it). When I went I didn't need to queue and the guy there was friendly and competent.

I came in when they opened. Had two blood tests. Staff were efficient and kind.

Quick blood test with no issues

There is no phone signal in the underground so external communication for payment was impossible. The place looks so depressing and old. I will never come back. The good point is that nurses were so lovely.

I tried to get a blood test done here after being turned away from an other DHMP clinic in St Vincent's Darlinghurst (no collection tubes in stock) but was told it was going to take 50 minutes. This place in a basement with little ventilation and unfriendly staff. I explained that I had tried to go to a different clinic the night before and asked to be seen sooner, the receptionist said a flat no with was boarding on being rude. I would avoid this place and try to go a different one. Very disappointing experience and there is no reception in the basement so you can't even use the internet if you wait.

Absolutely shocking experience. Ariana should absolutely not work in a client facing role. She was rude & unhelpful.. pretty shocked by how below average the service was here. I’ll be going elsewhere! I got sent away with a switchboard number…

Friendly staff, but they need more training. Simple blood draw resulted in some severe bruising. Could feel needle accidentally being moved deeper as vials were being swapped for collection. Did not use arm for rest of day and I'm left with this. I am a big guy with large veins, this shouldn't happen.

Most painful blood draw I've had In a long time. Now have a nice bruse. Find another location. Most pathology labs have well trained staff, however this was an experience I wouldn't want others to go through.

Nearly an hour wait for a blood test. Very few staff, operating extremely slowly. The woman even asked me when I finally made it in if it had been a long wait and said they were very busy but there were only about 7 people ahead of me. It's just extremely slow and very little interest from the staff in trying to move more quickly. Try somewhere else.

Waited waaaaay too long for blood collection. Ridiculous

This place has always been great: very convenient, no wait, but they've changed opening hours and now close at 1230pm! I guess that reflects the fact that they never had a wait(!) but it's kind of weird closing at lunchtime.
