Est ninety is by far one of the best stores I have ever been to. The clothes there are amazing quality and the customer service is outstanding, the store owner Anita is extremely helpful and welcoming every time myself or friends enter. She always is going out of her way to do extra and has always helped me whenever I’m shopping. I will be going here all the time and making sure all my family and friends shop there.

I love this store so much. Every time I go in there I feel so welcomed. The staff are all so honest and I love leaving knowing I have purchased something that not only makes me feel good but look great as well. I also love the service I get online - quick responses as well as super quick postage, they've even gone as far as to call me if I have ordered something to check sizing etc.

I've been in store to exchange an item and the service was great. I have bought a few things online and it's such an easy experience. Postage is quick, in fact sometimes next day delivery. Live chat is great too. If ever there is a piece I like from one of my go-to designers, I always check to see if est-90 have it and purchase it from them!

My sister shops here all the time. We love C&M and Camilla. Sometimes the staff are really friendly but other times they are very uninterested unless we ask for help. Depends on what lady you get to serve you. We’ve had both bad experiences and good in this store. Some days my sister goes in being ignored by staff, but the only time they really care is if we were willing to buy on the spot after trying it on. The clothing is great but service is very meh 😒

I bought a top from this store. When I got home, I noticed the strap was twisted so I called the store. The store owner, Anita, asked me to return the item in the original condition so she could send it back to the supplier.

I did.

Over a week later, I received the item. Badly fixed. I called and asked if they repaired it themselves. Anita admitted that she repaired it as the supplier would not repair it.

I called the supplier and got the confirmation that they would either replace or repair any faulty item. They also confirmed that this store, EST90 has never called them about this faulty item.

I called Anita and asked why she said the supplier would not repair/replace the item when they obviously would. she then said she called me but I did not answer. And no, she did not leave any message! She repaired it herself as this would be faster!!!!!!!

I will really appreciate if the job was repaired properly and fast. It was repaired dodgy.
