Dr Manasee Bidarkar

We have been seeing Dr Bidarkar for 5 years. She has been pivotil in helping our 2 boys. One with ASD and one with ADHD. We called last week desperate as we didn't realise our sons script had expired. She called back the next day and sent it to our pharmacy (we then had an appointment the next week). We drive from the Blue Mountains to Norwest to see her. Worth the drive

Extremely helpful worth every second finally got the help that we needed

I wasn’t too happy with this paediatrician, speaking to dr bidarka about my sons hyperactivity, the first lot of medication didn’t work which was fine but the second lot of medication I realised after buying it was just to help kids sleep. I wasn’t told this, nor was this why I was seeking her help.

Called to make a booking for same day. Reception said yes we have 4pm available but let me check with the Dr if she is happy to take the appointment. I’m confused? So you offered me an appointment but needed to check with the Dr if they ‘want’ to take the appointment lol. Then the receptionist comes back to say sorry the Dr doesn’t want to take that appointment as they want to take a break at 4pm lmao. Don’t waste your time anyone choosing whether or not to take your appointment because a break in the afternoon is more important is ridiculous. Manage your time better or don’t offer the appointment in the first place.

Would give minus 1000 if I could. How do you have a licence? Saw Dr bidarker after waiting 3 months. I have a school refuser with many things she is trying to deal with. Her consult was terrible. She made no attempt at a thing to help my daughter. She didn't organise any follow up treatment or plans. No medication was suggested, no referrals were given, and nothing our school and I asked for was even followed up. Our principal called her so many times and so did I and the rude woman never even bothered to return any calls. I think we had too much for her to bother with so she ignored us until we just went away. That process wasted another 4 months so 8 months wasted on a dead end.. months of completely ignoring us. Thank you for wasting my daughter's time for making us get in trouble with the school for not helping and providing for my daughter's needs. How dare you do such a thing. I hope you loose your license. You are actually the worst medical "professional" I have ever encountered and my first child is 20 so I've seen plenty of specialists and GPS over the past 20 years.
Avoid bidarkar at all costs. Do not waste your valuable time on this waste of a time so called pediatrician. It's laughable that you are allowed to work with children. She has missed 8 months of school waiting for this woman to help us get distance Ed started and she knew that she knew my daughter wasn't going to school or couldn't I should say and so she let us knowingly wait while she had no intention of helping us. My daughter suffered more because of you. Infact You should be charged with neglect.you made my daughter miss so much school when you knew we were waiting on you to so we could apply for distance Ed. You don't have enough confidence in yourself which is even more troubling. You should be charged with neglect.

I had made an appointment for her to call and do a telepathic. But she never called and I had to chase her up. She was supposed to organise an Autism screening but she didn't bother. She keeps insisting sleeping meds that I already said no to and now that she's working from home she isn't returning my desperation for a new medical script that my child is running out of. Extremely unhappy.
