They have a terrific range of well priced and quality products. But the best part is they are ever so helpful. They went out of their way to supply a bathroom component that was hard to get.

Abbas was the most helpful and kind sales consultant I have ever come across, he even responded to texts over the weekend to help with an emergency situation and solved everything for us including giving us an awesome deal. We must have called back and forth about 15 times in a four day period and he was always available, positive, helpful and solution focussed. Not to mention they had all stock available when so many companies at the moment have lengthy back order delays. I couldn't not recommend them more, Abbas and UDBK have literally rescued our renovation from a pretty impossible position we were facing only days ago. I will certainly be using them again!

Abbas helped me over the phone and via msg to ensure I purchased the right bath tub, Abbas made me aware of the delays in posting to Melbourne (thanks to covid!) to avoid my disappointment, however Abbas put a priority on our order and it was delivered with in 4 days! the bath tub is the perfect size and is of great quality for a great price! I will be sure to check out Urban designs with any future renovations and will happily deal with Abbas!

Awesome hidden gem in Castle hill. He helped us pick the right accessories and guided us on many design aspects. Urban Designs and Bathroom were so helpful going extra lengths to research a product (toilet) they don't even sell so they could ensure my cistern choice was correct. Persevering through spec sheets and double checking with plumber they were able to advise me well and even then direct me to their best sales option to save. Babar was my consultant. So helpful. I never write reviews I had to write this one because it's rare to find such caring customer service.

Highly highly recommend shopping at Urban Designs! I had originally placed an order and fully paid for 3toilets with another company and waited 3 months for them to come back and tell me that they couldn’t supply me with what I had purchased. I urgently needed to find the toilets within 2 weeks for the builder, and Urban Designs really pulled through! From the initial phone call with Fasih to his amazing in store customer service, he really saved the day. The toilets Fasih suggested were more pricey than the ones I originally wanted but he was able to match prices ! Not only did Fasih help me out with the toilets but he also showed me a bathtub that would really suit my bathroom as well! All of this was purchased and delivered within a week. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service Fasih and thank you Arsalan for delivering everything to the house.

Life has definitely been made much easier once I found Fasih and his team at urban designs. I no longer have to source what I need from many different suppliers, urban has it all. With so much help from them, my latest bathroom design has come together beautifully! As I am in the design field and my husband is a builder of luxury Homes, it makes sense now that we have them helping us and with such competitive prices and fabulous service….no job too big or small…. Urban Designs Castle Hill are amazing.
During lockdown I had to buy a kitchen sink and tap wear in a hurry for kitchen renovations.
Fasih saved the day!
Nothing was too much trouble, he opened box after box for me just so I could see the finish on the sink and he also recommended a fabulous tap that has tied our kitchen in beautifully and he did it all happily, all with a smile and making jokes.

Our order also arrived within a day or two which was a life saver!
