Great range of products..far more than the other large supermarket at KL. Keep that Deli department going, a local rarity with a good array of cold meats and cheese. Specials are always tempting! Staff helpful.

I don’t usually shop at the kings Langley Woolworths but today I was blown away with their customer service. Not only was everyone staff member there friendly and ask me for help. One of the staff opened a register to serve me as she could see I had two toddlers with me and a full trolley.
Most places would just make you go to self serve but this girl went out of her way to serve me so I could get out to the car quicker.
Well done Kings Langley Woolworths, exceptional service.

Very helpful staff n have covid ready stations at the front part of the store, staff r masked n disabled friendly entrance. Nice place to shop. I did not encounter any drama smooth in n out.

This store has come a long way from what it was like a few years ago. It's clean, bright and the fresh food always looks fresh.
The staff are only to happy to help you if you can't find anything or have a problem.

It's my local shopping place. I have been going to this place since 2007. Most of the staff knows me and I know them well. Being a local and working in the same area we guys know each other. The store is very neat and clean and well presented with a very jolly and helpful staff. The only one thing I hated the most was when woolies also brought the self checkout and reduced the floor staff. We need more people to work and not more machines. But overall I'll give this place a 5/5 because of its staff and their customer service.

store layout is easy to navigate, staff are super friendly and happy to help. staff member personally took me to the isle the product i was looking for was in & explain about the differences in brands and such. very good customer service.

Used the Woolies app for the first time today. OMG mind blown. Makes shopping so easy. I made the list before I went, opened the list when I was in the store and hey presto, the app sorted my list into aisle order. So great. I will definitely be using it for all my shops from now on.

Plenty of QR codes for a quick covid check in.
There was a very pleasant female staff member monitoring persons entering the store and being very helpful to elderly folks who don't have smartphones.

Always have what I need

Just a bit away from Seven Hills, but enjoyed shopping where there is great customer service. Friendly atmosphere and specials. Check It out when you need to top up your grocery list.

Due to lockdown. The shop is so quiet. Alot of staff's picking online order. But overall is very clean and hygiene.

The layout is slightly different to other woolies. All the essentials like milk, eggs are nearby to entrance unlike others where you have to go to diagonol far end

A large store with plenty of product range. It is not accompanied by a bws. It has underground parking which at first is easy to miss. The store was clean through every isle.

This woolworths is famous for being haunted. Its said that this is where the marshmallow man got his endless supply of Mallows.. Although its believed he was murdered in New York sometime in the 1980s by a gang of Ghostbusting funnymen, legend has it that at night time if you look closely you can see his campfire in aisle 4 where he makes and eats S'mores.

This is my local shopping centre, very convenient and comprehensive.

Always so easy to shop here and find what I need and staff are helpful and friendly
