Stumbled across this little gem of a place while taking the Mrs to a training course in the area. Came for the name, stayed for the coffee. Recommend.

My mother and I have lunch here every week after grocery shopping. Super friendly staff, good menu options and vegetarian options for me are a bonus. The meals are huge and the prices are reasonable. We love this Cafe and will continue to dine in every week. It's hard to find a Cafe that is consistently good, but 18 Grams is a real winner.

Best breakfast we have had anywhere in Sydney!! My fiancé had the smoked salmon avo eggs, and it was the biggest serving of salmon I’ve ever seen and it was arranged like a rose flower shape and tasted amazing. I had the healthy breakfast bowl and oh my god!!! The flavors were sensational!!! Huge portion again and so reasonable in price.

I love this café so so much. Great service, the food is served in an efficient manner, kind staff and really really good food. Many options for someone like me who doesn’t eat meat, I’m super impressed and will definitely be going back!!!

I love this place for a great tasting coffee that I always enjoy. Occasionally may get coffee from different place, however mostly come back to this place. Reasonably fast service, good location and good food also in case you decide to get breakfast. It is not even ranked into four stars, however I believe it deserves a better ranking on Google, thus five stars from me!

Food is excellent quality. Fast service. Had a situation today where they had kiwi fruit on a kids meal and I wasn't aware. My son has anaphylaxsis and they made a whole new plate. No questions asked. Highly recommend

Coffee and service is great too!

With the COVID19 ordeal happening, there was nothing more I was craving than a cafe big breakfast. I ordered from DoorDash and man, was this worth every cent I paid for it! So good! Will definitely become a weekly thing!

Coffee was great and service good too. Even though was Mother’s Day and the place was packed, staff were constantly cleaning and getting ready for more people and serving.
