Really really great medical center where everyone does perfect & caring job from doctor to nurse to Receptionlist!! Dr Theepa is really inspiring & kindfull doctor I ever see, she is having lot of patience to listen first and then treat us !! Her explanation is always simple & easy to understand!!

Love this practice. Both myself and my son see dr Ayesha. She is a very gentle person and very receptive to our issues. I have no inhibitions discussing our medical issues and medical history with her. She follows up on our issues every appointment and has a personal touch to our meetings. Does not impose a treatment approach if we are not comfortable with it. She has been looking after us for two years now.

Over the years, we have been seen by many doctors in this clinic and all of them have been just great. Dr. Theepa, Dr. Kaur and Dr. Ayesha have been extremely professional and caring.
Most recently, had extremely clogged ear, from wax lodged deep inside after swimming, which was promptly seen by Dr. Rawal. After a few days of ear drops attended to very well by the nurse using ear syringe. Most of the wax came out without a fuss and then there was some that was deep inside. Nurse took the time to consult Dr Theepa who came out to have a look and suggested to go with the ear drops once a month for now.

Highly recommend the Alex Avenue Medical Centre and they all, including the reception, work very well as a team.

Dr Theepa and Dr Ayesha are both very patient and always give the best advices and proper programs needed to remedy our health issues. They are compassionate and go beyond the minimum care for their patients. Booking is easy and receptionists are great too.

I see Dr Theepa and, as for me as someone who has an ongoing congenital health condition, she is very patient and understanding to my healthcare needs. Alicia the receptionist is also friendly and welcoming to patients as well. And the nurse is always friendly and professional towards me.

Dr. Theepa is amazing! She is our family GP and is always on top of things.
There have been a couple of instances where because of her early intervention we were able to avoid major kidney issues for my mom and hospitalisation for my infant.
Her clinical judgement and proactiveness makes her stand apart.

Dr Theepa is a wonderful doctor me and my family have come across. She is very patient and knowledgeable especially in case of babies and children. On top of that she helped us in attesting identity documents we needed to submit for a minor citizenship and passport application.

Just had my appointment yesterday and I'm still satisfied with the kind of service. We've been going to Dr Theepa since she put up Alex Ave Medical Centre. She's so warm, thorough and easy to talk to. If I really have health concerns I only go to her. The clinic is so clean and no complaints with the pathology. As much as possible I only book the earliest appointment to avoid delays.

Dr Arikaran is the most wonderful Doctor I have ever come across. Our appointment was in depth as she held conversation and truly ASKED me about my health concerns, took them into account, explained and provided me with solutions. I felt no rush like other practices. The practice and their patient centred care/focus is what makes it the best I have ever been to in the Western Sydney region. The receptionist and their wait service is not too long, they were very welcoming and greeted with a smile even though they see many patients during the day. Highly recommend the practice!

Dr Theepa is honestly the best doctor I have been to in my 36 years of life. Cannot speak highly enough of her. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains issues thoroughly. She works many overtime hours to ensure her patients get the best possible care. SO thankful to have found this medical centre, will definitely be our family's doctor for many years to come. Dr Theepa Arikaran has been absolutely awesome. The first doctor in 20 years of being a Type II diabetic, to help me get my blood glucose under control!
