Nathan & Mitch are extremely knowledgeable, experienced and highly motivated trainers who give more than 100% to their clients in helping them achieve their goals. Whether its a CrossFit, nutrition or lifestyle related they are the go to person.
They have helped me immensely with turning my life around in terms of losing fat, gaining muscle and improving my fitness levels. I highly recommend Nathen and Mitch one of the best trainer's I have come across till now.

Active Habits is the best place to workout and become a better version of yourself. Nathan and Mitch are really good at what they do. The small workout group sizes allow for personal training and motivate each other.

Active Habits is the bomb! Mitch, Nath and their team of trainers will get the best out of you and you will see results quickly! I was spending money on a gym membership and was not getting results, after a few weeks with Active Habits the excess kilo's shed and I was seeing definition, definitely saw results! They will also help you out with a meal plan that is easy to follow and compliments the training. Can't recommend these guys enough, see for yourself!

I’ve been training with Nathan and Mitch from Active Habits for over a year now, and will be continuing to train with them for the following reasons.

• They are committed to their customers.
• They are professional.
• They mix up the workouts and explain and coach you through the techniques.
• They most definitely get results, weight loss, strength and well being.
• They provide meal plans and nutritional advice to compliment the training
• They are fun, Nathan and Mitch have created a great community and culture.
• They tailor there approach to everyone’s individual goals.
• The list could go on.

Based off this, I strongly recommend anyone that lives in the Hills District, male and female, that is wanting to get fitness results to reach out to Active Habits to start their fitness journey.

What impress’s me the most about Nathan and Mitch is there personal touch, no matter how big and how many customers they have, they still know everyone on a first name basis from day one.

Active Habits is not your usual boot camp . Nathan and Mitch really takes the time to know you and customise their approach on how you change your diet and of course , the workouts . It's always different , they push you to your limits and most of all....everyone is having fun which makes you motivated to focus on your fitness goals. I was skeptical when I saw their flyer in my mailbox and was about to throw another junk mail , but did not expect that after 8 months , I've been the "fittest" version of myself .

I cannot speak highly enough of Mitch, Nate and Wil. Through them I've been able to achieve my target weight within 12 weeks, this one was always on my yearly resolution and I finally made it. My strength has grown and with that I am able to sleep well, eat well and am more positive. I highly recommend Active Habits whether you're new to exercise or you want to push yourself and not waste time getting nowhere in the gym

Can’t recommend these guys enough. The training is tough but I have a great time and have achieved some awesome results. Mitch, Nath, Will and the other clients are all brilliant providing great support and motivation to push yourself. I’ve been training with the guys for over 6 months now and every session is different, challenging and bloody good fun. Mitch, Nathan and the team are real professionals at fitness. The workouts are different Every time and the boot camp style of training outdoors but with weights is really innovative.The trainers really help with checking your form during workouts and help with any queries you have.

I have gained so much strength and Stamina within 5 months with active habits. When I started, I was out of shape and vomitted for first 2 weeks after every work out. Now I able to do 50 pushups and have 90kg deadlifts without breaking a sweat. And the guys are a good company. Would highly recommend active habits to get into good shape and achieve fitness goals.

Mitch and Nathan are genuine, down to earth and sincere in their approach to help you achieve your goal. Rolling in at a hefty and cuddly 285 kgs between both my husband and I. We have enjoyed learning the Strength and Conditioning methods to not just build strength, add muscle and lose fat, but also acquiring the knowledge of technique, support and correct posture in every lift or pull. Although I have always been quite active, I had reached a point where I was not seeing any results doing the same routine every day in the gym. Looking for something more hands on, I found Active Habits, and haven't looked back.

Mitch and Nath are 2 of the more personable trainers I have had the pleasure of working with, and their knowledge of the body and nutrition is something I hadn't been exposed to before. Suddenly my 4 same-same workouts a week were 4 completely varied sessions, which along with keeping it interesting, allows muscles that were worked yesterday to rest the day after while you work a different group.

The guys have also got me eating healthier. While the meal plan is great, it is the following up and separate conversations around nutrition that show that they actually care, and are prepared to put the work in to help each individual that wants it.

Active Habits wouldn't be what it is without the community that they have built. Everyone gets along great and pushes each other to levels that you can't hope to reach on your own. And every now and then we get to unwind with a bit of touch footy, ten pin bowling and a cheeky low-carb beverage or two.

Since joining Active Habits, I have more than doubled my max deadlift, and have seen ~ 50% improvements on my max in the squat and overhead press. I've dropped a few kilos, but more importantly dropped 5% body fat and am just feeling stronger and healthier.

Wow you guys are legends Nath and Mitch I can't thank you anough. My journey started when I saw a post on Facebook I clicked on it, that afternoon Mitch calls me for a chat. This is when my 8 week challenge started late October, I finished on Christmas 10 kg down leaner stronger and more focused than ever before. I was in and out of gyms and not getting results until you guys showed and guided me to get the results I was looking for. The family you guys have created is second to none, 7 months down I'm now turning 50 with a body I had at 20. Can't recommend Active Habits anough

Well wat can i say. Been doing all sort of training for over 20 years and nothing comes even close enough to this sort of taining. Been only doing it for 6 weeks and the strength and energy ive got is awesome. Lost weight and eat better now then i ever did only cause they simplify it so easy.
On top of all that Mitch and Nathan are seriously the most easy going guys but want you to succeed not just take your money and run.

Trainers have an incredible knowledge of compound lifts and ancillary exercises. They provide a friendly and fun environment to train in and offer support to assist with training and with diet. Have enjoyed training with them for the last 18 months!

I was getting bored of going to the gym and decided getting a personal trainer was the next move to make but found them to be too expensive. The experience with Mitch and Nath is fantastic and great value, I have lost a heap of weight and have gained a lot of knowledge off them both!

I am training with Active Habbits since starting and they helped me to achieve my goals. Special thanks to Mtich and Nathan, they always motivating me and other trainees to touch new goals every week. I gained more strenght even while loosing 17 kg weight.

These guys are awesome. They've helped me lose nearly 10kg in 12 weeks, teach me good eating habits, grow muscle and generally feel much better physically and mentally. On top of that, they're a great bunch of people who I now consider friends.

No words can explain my disappointment with this company. Business these days should be professional specifically where time is involved. I received an email and there were different times that I can choose from for them to give me a call to assess my needs and whether I meet their requirements . As I work daily, during business hours I picked the 9AM slot as it was showing available. I got a confirmation on an email a day before. I woke up early, changed my daily work routine and ensure I am ready as I respected the other person's time and ensure I am not doing anything so the call wont be disturbed nor ensure I am not in a noisy environment. 15 mins before 9am, I received a text from Mitch saying he cannot make it until 915am (NO EXPLANATIONS OR WHATSOEVER). I texted back and inform him that it is OK but I start work at 930am. Considering that the assessment will only last 15minutes I waited . I placed my phone call in mute mode as I entered work at 925am as I did not hear anything from him at 915am. Fine, all my efforts and change of work routine was disrupted as I waited for the call. At midday, I checked my phone and Mitch left a message. There was already a Mistrust to the company so I leave it and just forget about it. Next day, I received another missed call (again it was an invitation for the cancelled assessment which I should have originally ---- at this stage there was no apologies or whatever). I left it, thinking Mitch may have known that I was upset. The silence will say it all. Yesterday I received another text saying "Hey Michael are you still interested in losing the 10kg?" I was still very patient and did not reply as after several calls without even apologising and explaining why the call appointment was cancelled --- but yet it was more of like PERSISTENT SELLING IN A VERY WRONG AND UNPROFESSIONAL WAY! If this company has messed up another person's work time, If this company, has no respect of whatseover to another person by saying he is only human and had a dental appointment (Explained only when I told him I am not interested because of his unprofessionalism after several calls) . Is this a One Man Show company that if he has other appointments no one else can take charge? Is this company going to mess other people's time and they will just say ok? If this company has been very defensive in his text messages to a potential client, then I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. A company who waste other people's time without explanation is VERY BAD!! Time is Respect and Respect is Business. Unfortunately Active Habits dont value both Time and Respect!
