Dr. Murali is the principal physician at this clinic along with some other excellent doctors. Dr. Murali has been my family GP for the last 3years, since we moved to this area. He is an excellent doctor, who cares for his patients, is very attentive, listens to his patients and provides his expert diagnosis which is always within the best interest of the patient. He is also good with kids. To recall an experience, we had visited a few GPs in this area before visiting railway road medical centre, regarding a medical concern that no other GP was able to pinpoint the root-cause, however Dr. Murali was able to pinpoint the real issue and recommend a solution, in our very first meet. That impressed us immensely and since then we never went to any other clinic. He has been a great GP for my family for the last few years and we enjoy some light-hearted banter everytime we see him during our appointments alongside discussing our medical concerns. If I had to nitpick an issue, all I can say is, because Dr. Murali is so popular in the locale, that sometimes he is booked out for 3-4 days straight and we are forced to see other doctors at the clinic cause of this, even if we prefer to see him instead. That said, majority doctors at this clinic are really good and caring and somewhere along the last 3years we have crossed paths with almost each one of them and I can guarantee, you can expect nothing less than great service and best care from all of them. So all in all, it's a great experience not only seeing the principal physician but also all the other GPs too at this clinic.
