Beds Online NSW warehouse

Had booked in for a pick-up at the warehouse - as the home delivery charges were too high, for me.
It wasn't very easy to locate - not enough helpful signage. But the staff were super easy to deal with and very helpful. The forklift operator even loaded up the boxed queen size bed into my ute.

Buyers beware!
We bought our mattress and it arrived as arranged.
However it was so so soft ( we had chosen a medium not soft) I called to ask for an exchange. I spoke to someone who assured me that it just takes some “ getting used to” and if I just waited it would be fine. It happens to almost everyone. So- stupidly- I trusted him. To my peril.
I now have a mattress with obvious “body dents” and no amount of turning it helps. It feels like I’m trapped in quicksand when I lie on it. My back aches incredibly. My husband feels the same.
Attaching a foam topper did nothing to help it either.
So what about the refund policy- I’ve thrown the “ Original packaging” away and apparently that’s essential to an exchange.
Lessons learnt-
1.do not buy a mattress without physically trying it.
2. Trust yourself. If you know it’s not right for you do not be swayed by the salesman. He doesn’t want you to exchange as he can’t resell a used mattress.
Am I ranting. Yes I am.
I should have sent it straight back after two nights. I listened to the Salesman. Never ever again.

Will never buy anything off this company again! Sent me stained mattresses claiming firstly that I had put them there and then secondly saying to replace them but then realising all of them have stains so couldn't replace! I was disgusted at how I was blamed for the stains and how they dealt with it was even worse highly do not recommend beds online!!!!! If I could give no stars I would!
