Blacktown Kildare Road Medical Centre

Dr Guru was great to deal with and nice to have a doctor that's willing to listen to your concerns. He had genuine care and good advice that I've yet to hear from anyone else. The team at KRMC are always friendly and easy to deal with.

It was my first time at the centre.
The receptionists at the centre were very accommodating and very helpful. My doctor was Dr Richard James Curran. I found him very friendly, helpful and a very good doctor.

All the reception staff are extremely accommodating. Both my Wife and I see Dr. Abedi and he is unlike any other GP we've ever seen, he is caring, considerate, and really immerses himself in his patients treatment. He's now our permanent GP. I wouldn't go anywhere else honestly.

Very friendly and nice atmosphere, receptionist very friendly and helpful with big smiles on their faces. The best thing of it was that I didn’t have to wait for my appointment at all, I’ve been called straight away. Dr. Bijan Darabi was fantastic, friendly, he got the knowledge and understanding of a patients pain and despite the fact that I just met him today he made me feel like I’ve know him for ages.
I personally recommend Dr. Bijan Darabi
and I will most definitely be coming back to him.

I've been very happy with the Kildare rd medical centre, when you walk in they have a terrific personality and lovely to have a quick talk too. No wonder they are so busy with the terrific work they do. Keep up the top everyone.

The skin doctor I saw was the most thorough I’ve seen. He checked me over slowly. He took the time to explain each skin spot, especially the ones my gp was concerned about. This appointment was definitely worth the drive from the Blue Mountains and I appreciated that they were able to see me at short notice. This doctor will be my regular skin doctor now.

My experience at Blacktown Kildare Road Medical centre was absolutely fantastic! Dr. Sana Al Basri is an incredibly professional GP whom carefully addressed all my issues and concerns in a very caring manner. Thank you!

Generally the level of care is first class. The staff are very easy to deal with. I am aware that the staff are always busy and are subjected to high pressure in the various roles. I do not want to add to their stress levels, so I am always polite to the staff.

The most concerning aspect is the difficulty in contacting KRMC. It does seem to be getting harder to make contact with anyone. Recently I need to get a referral to pass onto another medical organization. The referral was sent by email as an attachment. This required a password which was also emailed to me. By the time I logged into my email on my phone, the password had expired.
The email did not indicate the time frame as to when this temporary password expired. Two more emails with the same result. Waste of time!
Drove to KRMC and collected a copy of the referral and hand delivered to the other medical organization. Two areas where some improvement need to be made:
1) Improve that ability for clients to contact KRMC by telephone. 2)The voicemail system rarely gets any response. Very frustrating when you are hanging on waiting for someone to answer and the system states "leave you name and number and we will call back".
Still waiting for the last three messages that I left last month.
No response as yet.
3) When temporary passwords are provided there needs to be some clear indication as to the time frame before the temporary password expires. Even the staff dont know the answer to this question.
In short, the ability to contact KRMC does need to be improved.

Dr Jain. Thorough in his work and willing to get to the bottom of any issue you may arise. Extremely professional and cares about the well-being of all his patients. Extremely blessed to have come across Dr Jain and will continue to be a patient for as long as I can.

Recently started seeing Dr Sana Albasri after 20 years at another GP. What a difference! Also the admin/reception team have been fantastic. Highly recommend!

Dr Natasha Rahman is a compassionate and highly skilled general practitioner. The thorough medical care she provides is genuinely second to none. I've been a pateint of hers for 2 years now and could not recommend her more highly.

It's a very lovely medical centre. Everyone was really nice and Dr Sana was very kind and attentive as well as the nurse that did my ECG this morning.

I wasn’t even bothered to go doctors but I’m super blessed I got the first serve & it was doctor sutan. What an amazing, thorough, intentive doctor He is. I’m coming back to sign my family of eight up.

Dr Ahmad is a very good Doctor, his very friendly. I've seen other doctors here, but I find him the best. I wouldn't change him for any other doctor.

I have been consulting at kildare road medical since 2016, my regular doctors are Dr Guru who has helped my husband come through so many medical issues.
Dr Scott who is my regular doctor. Dr Scott has always been there for me n my family. She always try n help me in many situations no matter how busy she is.
And my daughter happy to sees both the doctors.
I amGrateful to Dr Guru n Dr Scott for everything u have done for us.

The best doctors i recommend if your after a male GP it’s "Dr GURU YAJMAN” & for a female GP “Dr NATASHA RAHMAN” hands down the best medical centre I’ve ever attended, also best reception staff, if i had to pick one that stand’s out above the rest it’s KATRINA CATANIA, She will go above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns u may have. All the staff are very empathetic and understanding of everyone’s needs and requirements. If your new to the Blacktown area don’t waste your time at any other centre,

Katrina is the best receptionist I've ever come across. She is always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. Katrina is friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. She is full of personality, and that's just what you need when you're visiting a medical centre. She instantly makes you feel at ease. My son and I have always had a pleasant experience when Katrina is working.

Dr. Sultan is one of the best doctors I have seen. He is kind and caring with a gentle bedside manner. Dr. Sultan is attentive and takes the time to listen to your needs. He is thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

A deformed toe nail has been haunting me and untreated for many years.
I found Dr. He online by accident. Wasn’t sure initially if It is is another failed treatment. After a few times online consultation, I decide give it a go. However, it turned out the trip from Canberra to Sydney is 100% worth it. Dr. He is a very experienced and kind Podiatrist. The disgusting little deformed nail was removed in less than 10 minutes and hardly any pain felt. The post-operation recovery was very much suggested too, as DR. He’s instruction was very clearly and the follow-up was constant and careful, making me feel less worried. Very grateful to his excellent skills, professional conduct and constant check-out. I can confidently jump into the pool ever again. Mate, you are a legend. 👍
