I ordered lockdown birthday flowers for my Mum back in October and they were fantastic. So fresh and lush and they lasted for ages. Delivery fee being included in the cost was great and I thought was all very reasonable. Even the box they came in has had a good life post flowers, entertaining my toddler when she visits my parents. The website is easy to use and makes ordering so easy. Highly recommended!

I never write reviews, but I received great customer service and had to write one! The floral arrangements I have seen and ordered through Bloombox Sydney have been the prettiest I have ever seen. I wanted to arrange some flowers for Valentines, by chance rang Bloombox Sydney and now wouldn't use anyone else for flowers in Sydney. The arrangement put together was gorgeous and the service was wonderful. My wife are thrilled about that Thank you!

Fresh beautiful flowers and reliable service you can trust to have your flowers delivered on time. Ordered here a few times and have been pleased. Prices are reasonable too.

I often do not buy flowers so I have no idea what flowers to give on what occasions but I will always trust Bloombox to make their own judgement and do a great job at that.

Not super impressed with the Bloombox service as the first delivery went to the wrong address, the second wasn’t delivered, and the third went to the wrong address, even though I reached out to confirm it would go to the correct address.

Will not be recommending the service - even though the blooms are great, the ability to deliver is not.

I provided this feedback in email, hoping to get a response and be advised this was a rare occurrence, but instead it’s been more than a week with no response.

Be careful with this one folks, the pictures are great, but the experience - not so much.

The first picture is from the video Philomena suggested I watch after I complained about the quality of my first delivery and asked to cancel my subscription as I can walk to the service station and purchase a much better quality of bouquet for $69! Beware as you have no ability to cancel your online subscription and when you try to pause it you get the message I have also included! I congratulate them on their marketing and communication however, it (as per the photos from my first delivery) is not backed up by the quality of their product! Happy for them to improve their subscription service but I don’t want to be a part of this steep climb to rectify their quality of product, for $69 I can stop being lazy and go to the Paddington markets or any flower retailer in my area, including the Castro Feul Mart and pick up 2 bunches which are 99% better value, gave them 1% for delivery! Though that was an excuse for freezer burning the Easter daisies! Beware
