Blacktown Family Medical Centre

I have always had good experiences with this medical centre. My doctor, Dr Eric Le, is excellent. He is patient, empathetic and positive and a very good doctor. I am very happy with him. I have always been treated well, the nurses are wonderful and excellent. The service is great!

A fantastic medical center with very helpful staff starting from the reception, the doctors and the nurses. Although I have moved out of Blacktown, when required Blacktown family medical center is our family's choice just for the above reasons.

This medical centre is good because of a fabulous doctor, Dr Maria Kamal. I have been visting Dr Kamal for many years now and she is an excellent doctor on top of being a great person. Thank you Dr Kamal.

Dr Dillon Chan was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. Definitely recommend going to him if you want someone who genuinely cares for their patients :)

Blacktown family medical is easy to book and hassle free. I am able to go to my specific doctor (Dr Dulawan) who is always kind and listens to my needs while also holistically offering advice and ways forward in my healthcare journey. Whether that be via telehealth or in-person.

I recommend my GP to all my friends in the area because I trust her. It’s hard to find a good doctor who you can build a strong therapeutic relationship with, so I am very happy.

This review is simply due to the praises I must give Dr Eric Le in his professionalism, proactiveness and general care he has given my family. His proactiveness in providing quick responses, as well as referring a specialist, all within hours of having the initial scan done, must be commended.

I have been attending this medical practice since it opened. I am very happy with the services they provide.

At the entrance a mask is mandatory is well posted.
I was greeted with a smile, reception was pleasant, directed me to the waiting area outside the doctors consult room. While waiting, I noticed the clinic is clean, tidy, a nice wall of colours designed for children. As a new patient to the practice and area I was very impressed. The doctor was great, he was able to pinpoint my pain problems, and a care plan, bloods then follow up appointment. Very happy with the service and providing other services in the one building is fantastic.

I regularly see dr Erick Lee at this medical centre the best caring dr who takes time to understand what a patient is going through and how he can help . And I have never had a issue getting app to see him , easy to book , and good reception staff , good clean place

I had the absolute pleasure of attending this medical centre back in 2022 and was met with amazing service from the front receptionist with curly hair and glasses who was both polite and understanding of my lateness to an appointment and went above and beyond her duties to fit me into the schedule and remained very professional throughout the interaction. Would definitely give her a raise!!!

I have had good experience with this clinic so far. Dr Sunandan Biswas is one of the best doctors at this clinic and he is very helpful always.

Dr Eric has taken care of me and my family he’s very empathetic and a great dr I’m so glad I got recommended to him.

A very busy clinic, at times hectic. Can cause delays with appointments, I have never had a bad experience there. Very professional medical staff. I always make an appointment, using HotDoc app, to see my preferred GP.

Third time here, good service, nurse and Dr Biswas is good 👍🏻 overall satisfied with service and treatment. Recommended!

Good Medical Practice All the Dr.s are very helpful qualified and experience.

I had phone consult with regular Doctor Eric Lee, in this instant it was simply for scripts however I recently had a knee replacement and got an infection and Dr Lee was amazing with my aftercare. The reception staff are polite and the treatment room nurses are efficient and polite. I highly recommend this medical practice and Dr Lee.

An excellent after hours medical service!! When most needed, the Dr was very profesional and very caring give us a reliable advice for peace of mind.

Dr Lam was warm and professional. She listen to my concern and was understanding.
