North Kellyville Medical Centre

Dr. Rokeya Fakir is so professional, friendly and caring. The whole place is nice & tidy. There are 10/12 parking space just front of the centre and also lots of the parking space inside the main centre.
Staffs are just awesome.
Very less waiting period overall.

New to the area I tried North Kellyville Medical centre. When I arrived I was met by friendly receptionists. After a few minutes I was interviewed by the nurse who was pleasant & knowledgeable. Doctor Rokeya Fakir was very pleasant & listened as well as talking & asking questions with a genuine interest.
I could not after my first visit recommend their friendly efficient service higher.

Dr Halima Begum is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about her patients' well-being. I appreciated her thorough explanation of why certain tests were necessary and her proactive approach. Her commitment to working together for my health reassured me that I was in capable hands. I highly recommend her.

The reception is amazing, she can remember everything and everyone. Every time pops in is like meeting a friend!!

Also highly recommend Dr Halima , she is so amazing!! She has been as my family go-to doctor for many years. She is taking great care of my whole family. She always provides the best solutions for all of us, from my new born daughter to my aged parents!! We all adore her very much!!

The nurse Anna is another lovely lady!! She is super responsible and very caring too!! Every time my newborn daughter got vaccinated, Anna will be very playful. She made the baby feel positive about the vaccine and be able to take it without too much tears.

Best medical practice ever!!

From the polite and clear receptionist guidance to the highly competent doctors (Dr Nicholas is a legend), this practice is head and shoulders above various others in the area. It is a sin to receive care and not give back in any capacity; thus I felt compelled to leave this review. Worth the 15-minute longer drive than the local nightmare GP center in my suburb (vague details for anonymity of the poorly run medical centre I refer to). For reviewers leaving negative comments questioning delays in doctor's times between patients; I implore you to spend a day in their shoes or better yet, let me follow you at your workplace (assuming you have a job) and see how efficient you are. Sorry, but the lack of gratitude for a FREE medical service in one of the best cities in one of the best countries in the world--(I have lived in the US, NZ, and Europe for close to a decade in total, and Australia wins by far considering all 'livability' metrics)--really angers me.

One of the best medical centre, and Dr. Halima is my go-to family doctor. It's peace of mind if you have a good family doctor. She understands very well.

I have recently come from India , and randomly through a friend found about north kellyville medical center.. one day i booked an appointment with Dr halima begum.. who is extremely affectionate , compassionate and a great listener. Me as a patient is v anxious about my reports and tests , she always understood me , guided me v well. She listens to me when I talk to her and doesnt rush on anything. More than a doctor now I feel she is my great friend and sister whom I can share anything and everything. I strongly reccomend Dr halima begum She makes you feel v comfortable and v clear about discussing the diagnosis . 🙏🏻😍

Excellent.we are very grateful to have such a great proactive GP , Dr Rokeya Fakir locally. We feel very safe there. Ana the Registered Nurse is also very efficient and friendly as are the Reception Staff. My husband Alan and I are both retired Registered Nurses and Midwives. Alan also has tertiary Nursing qualifications.

Would thoroughly recommend. Always treated with the utmost care. From the receptionists, Anna the practice nurse and Dr Fakir.

I have been coming to this Medical centre for quite some time. I have never had an unpleasant experience. The reception staff are always super friendly and accommodating. The doctors are the same. I cannot fault anything.

Anamika, the nurse is extra helpful and very patient with the young kids coming for their vaccination. Excellent professional skills too.

I like visiting this practice. The ladies who run the front desk are very pleasant, as well as being efficient at what they do. I have been seeing Dr Anthonipillai since he recently started at this practice. I have been impressed with his compassion and his thorough nature.

I have been attending this practice for several years now and found myself a compassionate, gentle and efficient GP. The receptionists are always very busy but friendly and helpful. Wait times on the phone can be a bit long at times, however, I have always been able to make an appointment when needed, sometimes at short notice. The medical attention is excellent.

Dr Halima is a most caring and professional doctor, I am very grateful to be able to see her.

I visited Dr Charles for my feet infection..he is gr8...very cooperative.. I got cure very soon then I started visiting him for my every problem..I think he is best..

This is a really great Medical center. Everyone from the front desk, doctors do nurses are really caring and professional. Always try to accomodate my last minute bookings 🙏🏻

So good from the start, registering was easy, reception were two lovely ladies and even though one was answering calls literally one after the other and greeting people coming in she was so pleasant and kind. Dr Sumi was also very efficient and listened to me, I will be happy to come see the doctor now! Oh and I only waited twenty minutes 🥰
