Hi All,

The boys just left after completing a ducted air con install at our Town house. Just writing a review to advise that Brendan, Matt & Oscar were awesome!! They were so polite, courteous and respectful. They were funny and were whistling to my loud music (sorry guys). They got the job done in great time, asked/advised me before they were going to do anything that might interrupt me and cleaned up everything before they left. Brendan took his time explaining how everything worked and assured that they'd be able to help in the instance anything went wrong - I'm confident it won't, but appreciated the sentiment.

Highly recommend these guys get a big Christmas bonus!!!

Warren and his team replaced both split and ducted system for us today. we are quite happy with their work. Have to say only real professional can do a good job no matter it's easy and hard.

I've had a Fujitsu split system replaced/installed a few weeks ago & I couldn't be happier. Starting with my initial contact person, Mikayla and installation by Brandon & his workmate everything went accordingly. The installation team were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & the unit replaced/installed within a matter of hours. The Fijitsu brand is an excellent A/C unit & is very quiet. easy to operate & reasonably priced.All correspondence with Air Conditioning Warehouse was handled quickly & professionally. They fixed my 11 years old Fujitsu aircon at a very competitive price and saved me a lot of money. Although Kept me waiting for 5-6 weeks for delivering parts, but it proved it's worth it. Will use their service later for maintenance.

Known Tracy, Waz and the team for a while, and they are definitely one of the best in the Air-conditioning game.

Amazing service. Professional, friendly, informed and extremely helpful. I doubt there is anyone better in the industry. We had a 15.8 KW single phase Fujitsu ducted installed and it's running like a dream. I would definitely recommend these wonderful people to anyone who is looking for a reliable and seamless installation.

2019:
The team were really great. We left a message just before new year's day and on the 2nd Jan, Steve called us back when everyone else was closed. He arranged to come in the following week and give a free quote, arriving right on time. He was really friendly and helpful. He sent through the quote within an hour after he left our house.

The team showed up a few weeks later to install a new aircon in our master bedroom and do maintenance on our existing aircon. They were running a few hours late and I had to call to see where they were at - perhaps better real-time communication with your day's appointments would improve your customer service and manage our expectations.

They had a difficult previous job which is understandable and did our job pretty quick, in an hour and a half. Overall pretty happy with everything. I'd recommend Steve and the team.

Recently had a split system fitted, two young guys showed up and i was hesitant that the company may have sent some cheap contractors out to save money.
Not the case however, they were two stellar young blokes with a good work ethic and finished the job to a very nice level of quality.
presented a handover, cleaned up the mess.
you cant ask for more than what they gave and in an industry that is full of bad and shoddy workmanship, it was great to see.
highly recommenced them.

I had a A/C installed by another company and it never worked properly right from the start.( Long story cut short) After months of phone calls etc to see what was wrong with it I was finally told by Daikin it was the old duct work which wasn't replaced as the installer said it was OK. The only quote I got was from A/C Warehouse because the reviews were good. They redesigned the ductwork, three chaps came out and installed it no problems and a very clean job. When it was tested it worked the way it should have been when it was first installed with the new ductwork.

We had a water leak issue that as it turns out wasn't really related to the air conditioner. Multiple trades had not been able to diagnose the source of the water leaks.

Warren and Matthew were great. Fixed the issue that has been bothering us for over 12 months.

After talking to one of my own clients yesterday (11/01/22) I called the team at AC warehouse and by 9.15am today we were back on line. I can't thank them enough. We have had countless tradies in with no success and being told all sorts of different things over the past 18 months and within 5 minutes of Warren being here he had worked it out and within 30 minutes the part was in. Warren you are a legend buddy. Thank you again.
