Dr Nguyen has been our family gp for over 15 years , the staff are helpful, the wait is long if you don’t have an appointment but I trust him with our health care

Dr John Nguyen and the team are amazing. They ensure you get the support you're needing. They are extremely busy, because they provide quality care.

Dr Nygan is very caring and especially thorough. I have been seeing him for over 10 years and I’m always very happy with the care I am given .

Unfortunately some people don't realise that a busy practise/business is more often due to an extremely high demand and appreciation. One professional can only handle so much work without allowing the quality to suffer. Very responsible and caring team at this practice.

Dr Nguyen is a good dr but the wait times here are excessive! Not being seen for 2•5 hours after appt time. What person who has a job can wait that long?

I’ve been trying to contact your medical centre for the last 3 weeks and they are either busy or the call goes through but they don’t pick up!
I’m getting very frustrated when all I want to do is confirm an appointment.

Made to wait 2 hours to get a piece of paper signed, was forced outside to wait

A shameful experience, and an unhelpful receptionist! The lady working at the front desk was appalling to communicate with, and rather than finding a solution for patients in need with a smile on her face she told us to go away. I've been going to this doctor since I was a baby, the fact I was sent away by the receptionist who was not bothered to update my surname on the system when I am at risk of losing my eye is an instance I could never, and will never forget !! Dreadful! Health and People first !!!!

Appointment booked with Nurse. Dr. Fatemeh wanted to leave the office, whist still had a patient in her care, this is very unprofessional & poor work ethic, so disappointment with this sort of management.

We had an appointment for 2.45 for the Covid vaccination. We arrived at 2.30 to fill out the necessary paperwork after which we were told to wait. We waited until 3.30 wihout being called but patients who came after us were being called in, they seemed to be regulars as they were on first name basis with the receptionist and nurse. When I asked the receptionist why were not being called she said the nurse was running late. When I reminded her our appointment was for 2.45 she then checked and said it would be our turn next. However the nurse called out some other patient next. I approached the desk and heard the nurse and receptionist arguing about who should be next and I heard the receptionist say she forgot to put in our names and to please take us next. The nurse reluctantly agreed. Total waste of time because it seems they only care for their regulars. They didn't have the courtesy to apologise. I hope I never have to go to this horrible place any more!

I could not get in to see my doctor so i made a telehealth appointment with a new doctor just to get my scripts i've been getting for 20 years.
She was very rude & kept interrupting me telling me a need to make an appointment, get blood tests & in the end she hung up on me. I will be out of medication in a few days but that didn't seem to concern her.
Unfortunately it's time to move on to a new medical practice.

The most unhelpful, rudest receptionist I have ever come across. Horrible experience

Booked an appointment online, confirmed and received an email, however upon reaching the centre at the time of appointment the receptionist informed us that the doctor does not see “new patients” and turned us away. Having a confirmed appointment, they refused to let us see the doctor. We wasted time off work, drove all the way to find out the online service is incorrect. This is unacceptable in the medical field to turn away a patient.

Rang to get my results 5 times in 2 days and was told the Doc would call. No response and now medical centre is shut for a few days over Christmas. Now I'm left to wait worry.

Don’t even deserve a 1 star. Doctors doesn’t know anything. Just want us gone because my son is having tantrums. Gave the history and just ask for a scan. 😂😅😅😅😂

Would not reccomend. Walked in with chest pains and got turned away because im not an existing patient and got told to walk to another medical centre. Absolutely ridiculous
