Philip and philamina were so helpful when it came to buying mattresses for my children. Not only was there customer service professional but they went above and beyond to make our shopping experience a pleasant one. Definitely will be back here to purchase any of my furniture in the future.

I visited the store yesterday to buy Queen size bed, must say that I was impressed by extraordinary customer service provided by Khyati. She not only showed me all display beds present on the floor, she also advised me based on her experience what would be the best one to purchase. I appreciated her honest opinion, she was not at all pushy to sell the most expensive one. I highly recommend this furniture store, and would re-attend for my next purchase.

I stumbled upon this showroom that sells interesting pieces of furniture and other items to compliment your living space. I was greeted by this charming lady Khyati who introduced me to every section of the showroom. She patiently listened to my requirement and suggested the items that would best suit my needs. Her passion and enthusiasm was second to none and I could tell that she knows the showroom and products like the back of her hand.

I must say that they have now acquired another loyal customer as I am going to return to buy more items anytime soon.The prices are affordable and the items are classy. Keep up the good work Home Sweet Home, Khyati is an asset to your business.

I read all the reviews below and totally understand the frustration and disappointment by most. In this changing and crazy world we live in were customer service integrity honesty and accountability is so rare and almost non existent.
Today however I meet a young man (Joey)who went above and beyond. He dropped everything he was doing just to help me with a minor enquiry .Even though I was not purchasing anything (we bought in January) he was still extremely helpful. This has restored my hope that excellent customer service is still alive and kicking. The passion and zeal Joey demonstrated is something that can't be taught bought or fabricated its just in some people. This is how we should expect to be treated when wanting to part with some of our hard EARNED money right?

I went to the shop of Marsden Park. The sales, Anne is knowledgeable and her service was excellent. She provided professional advice to me in order to fit the design of my new home. Also another sales, Kathy (I forgot the exact spelling), she is great too. I called after paying deposit to change something and she helped me to update my record. I strongly recommend this shop to my friends. Looking forward to receiving my new sofa later.

I wanted to thank carrie personally for making my dreams come true. Bought a bed recently and a dining table and chairs. There were some plates missing when we fixed the bed and they solved the issue immediately the next day. No delays. They are so fast in responding and was helping us throughout. When we went for the dining table and chairs. Carrie could see we really wanted it and there was a chance that it was not in stock, she made few phone calls and we got it in two days...we are just too happy and we are enjoying our new furniture. Thank you home sweet home. You do make our home lovely now. Will definitely shop here for more and highly recommend it to my friends and family. 😊😊
